Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Sioux Center

Swung in here to grab a “quick” bite while just passing through… stood at the counter for a while before anyone realized I was there. There was 1 other table there at 1:00 but they left shortly after I arrived so I was the only one in the restaurant for most of my visit. The general state of the place is (no polite way to say it) is dirty. Not only the floors but every table in the place was dirty. I had to wipe off a table with a napkin to sit down. Service was on the slow side. From when I walked up to the counter ready to order to when I got my food was 17 minutes. I was in the restaurant for a total of about 25 minutes and while they seemed to be adequately staffed, there seemed to be more talking going on than working. This included somebody yelling “EEEEWWWWWW, GRRROOOOSSS!!” This is definitely less than desirable to hear when eating somewhere. In the 25 minutes I was there until I left, no one had come out to do any cleaning of tables or floors which I think would be a priority while there are no customers. The general feel from this place was very uncaring… and that’s saying something because I think we’ve all come to expect a certain level of carelessness from fast food joints. The bacon was over cooked and thrown onto the burger haphazardly between two pieces of town bread next to a smashed onion fry. As the great Gordon Ramsay would say, “where are your standards?” So, other than the burnt bacon, the food was pretty good. The general state of the place, however, has left me wondering if I’m gonna feel sick later. When passing by next time, I will most likely stop at Taco John’s, Jimmy John’s, or McDonald’s. I don’t think I will be returning to this particular Hardee’s.

Ordered 5 meals. People ahead of us ordered three meals as well. It took them 30 minutes to get their food. Took ours 35 and two were wrong. Then worker walked out. Took another 15 to acknowledge they were wrong and another 15 to fix it since they were out of biscuits. Offered the other family a refund to comp their 35minute wait. Waited over an hour for one of our breakfast sandwiches offered no comp. Rude apology, employees yelling at each other, yelling that they were gonna quit. Drive through customers driving off..... Hardees low expectations and they sure met them head on today.

Walked up to counter & stood there for 5 minutes before someone came from the back. The gal was very unfriendly & didn't greet us or say anything. She brought our food out & no coffee. We had to go to counter to ask for it. We were the only people in the restaurant.

Good Fries. Had the Chicken Tenders and they did not seem cooked all the way through. Didn't get sick from them, just not the best by a long shot. They only gave 1 small container of Dipping Sauce, about half what I normally use.

No stars for this Hardee's but it makes me give them one to post, This has been one of the worst Hardee's I have ever had the experience of visiting. I am from Sioux Falls and work down here. This location says they open at 8AM. I have found about 3 times in the last 2-3 weeks that when I arrive at 8:10-8:20 in the morning, they are still not open for breakfast. One time the excuse was I didn't get in until about 20 minutes ago. Well, opening at 8AM isn't the start of your shift, you still need to get in early to open the restaurant. Turned away this morning again, and when I went 4 blocks down to grab from another restaurant on my way back two employees are standing outside the front door facing the main road....I guess running behind this morning is attributed to laziness and their loss of revenue. Staff is usually unfriendly, forgets food in orders, and makes lots of mistakes. If you want Hardee's drive to Sioux City or Sioux Falls. It doesn't seem there is any leadership from the Franchisee at this location.

Took 25 minutes to get our food, and the order was missing one sandwich, plus one sandwich wasn't suppose to have onions. Terrible experience, I will never eat at that Hardee's ever again if not at any Hardee's, and will let social media how bad it was. Plus the cook staff was complaining about busy they were.

This place has went down hill and in a hurry. I order a chicken sandwich...no chicken...order a bacon cheese burger....no bacon..worst Hardees out there

Staff was so kind and did a great job with making sure we had all we needed!
