Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Scottsboro

Ordered in drive thru. While eating at home I discovered that a BITE had been taken from one of my chicken strips. Not a cut piece or a tear, a BITE. Called manager who straight up refused to believe me. Food tasted great, until I found that.

Hardee’s has always had the best chicken fingers in my opinion but tonight they were cold and we waited for our food to be prepared and they tasted like they had been cooked hours earlier and then reheated we were the only car there so will definitely be ordering from elsewhere from now on

My husband and I ordered food from the drive-thru and after we paid, the cashier came and offered us a cup of ice water while we waited. She was so friendly and nice and thats something we rarely see these days at fast food places. I believe other employees should take notes from this young lady! I didn't catch her name but I wish I had!

Ordered an omelet biscuit and they gave me a chicken biscuit. I didn't realize it until I had gotten home and that's a 20 min drive. If we go back will definitely be double checking my order.

Nice brand- new building. Staff was very concerned and friendly. Waited for sometime on our food, as you always do when it's fresh. The burgers we got was absolutely delicious.

Ordered from the drive through window. Fries were hot, hamburger was stone cold. Went in the store to have it replaced. The toothless girl at the counter gave me a dirty look. The GM walked right pass me on her cell phone. They replacement hamburger was as cold as the first one. I will not be eating there ever again.

Look at this awesome loaded omlet biscuit. ... I'm not even gonna bother coming back inside. I know y'all are busy but it's Saturday morning in scottsboro. Should be normal..... And my son's was the same with just a pinch more

Asked for my burger to be cut in half, one half looked fine the other half looked like it was dropped and tossed back together.
