September 22 2023 time 12 18 pm I ordered the number one famous buggers got home and it was hot ham and cheese. I went through drive through there was a white truck in front of me. Order number454425. I guess next time I won't pull 9ff until I check my bag. They were not busy either.

My burger was cold and salty. It was the worst burger I’ve had in a long time. The restaurant had no customers but dining room was dirty. One customer came in and was talking with the employees and was loud and vulgar. She continued to carry on with the staff the whole time we were eating and talking nasty. You would think there would be a manager on duty to put a stop to it

I ordered a Frisco burger and asked them to cook it fresh. I ordered it to go so when I got the car I checked and it was the wrong burger. They remade it and gave me the right one , only when I got home you could clearly tell it was a precooked patty . I worked in restaurants for over 25yrs and can easily tell the difference. I would not recommend them as this is the third time in a row that this has happened at the same location.

The French toast sticks were tasty but not filling. Sweet without the syrup. Won't buy again.

The most recent experience I have had with Hardee's was fantastic. The GM- Pam was awesome. She helped me feed 100 faculty & staff members at our high school for our breakfast during Teacher Appreciation Week. Her professionalism and caring nature was evident throughout. In this day and age with many service industries being short-staffed, it was wonderful to see the Hardee's members rally together to make our staff's breakfast a success. The Rocket Staff appreciates all that you do!

I’ve been coming to this Hardee’s located in the heart of our community in Roxboro North Carolina for many years here in the last several months, the new management team, the new morning staff they’re just so amazing always putting a smile on your face to start your day off. Thank you Hardees for all your doing for our community. Continue to smile and do the good service.

I have to say service and food was great! I hadn't been in awhile due to alot of fast food places having terrible experience with etc but I want back here and so glad I did ,Hardee's in roxboro, amazing service 😊

The app is useless. Minimal to no customizations are available (particularly for breakfast) and the odds the order placed in the app and the order the store receives and sends to you are so far 0-2 (and that’s paying extra in the app for American cheese on my Frisco sandwich that the store receives as “No American” and doesn’t put any American on it; definitely changes the entire flavor). Trying to reach anyone at the store to attempt to resolve the issue or even make higher management aware of the issue is a joke. Attempting to use the app to provide feedback and contact the company directly only gets a bot response that can’t even confirm if the message that described the issue went through since it didn’t show up in the chat after hitting send. They want your name, phone number, and email stating simply someone will contact you if a response is deemed necessary. I don’t know what kind of developers or software engineers are managing the backend of the app or the website/chat, but this is not that difficult. To top it off, every time I’ve ordered from Hardee’s, the hash browns and sandwiches have been cold enough I had to reheat them (and the driver was waiting for the order at the store), last time I ordered two cinnamon buns and neither was cooked all the way through. This time I didn’t even get so much as a fork so I haven’t tested the cinnamon buns, but if you go in and order yourself and ask for your food to be made fresh, it’s really good. That was how I got hooked recently. But not enough to continue giving them my business after this. Very disappointed, but I would rather spend a $35 order somewhere that will be correct and still moderately warm enough to eat than waste any more money or disappointed cravings here.
