Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Richmond Hill

Went as we are new to the area. Should have read the reviews. I was waiting at the drive thru window more than long enough for all the food to be freshly made. I received barely warm french fries with a med at the best amount in a large holder. They were limp and had all the little broken pieces so probably the last ones left from earlier. Both the super star burgers were charred jerky. The milkshakes were non-existent due to no milk. I used to work for Hardee's back when I was in college. This restaurant and the one I lived near in NC both are a disgrace. Won't go back ever.

I went in today 1/27/23 and got a Famous Star with cheese took 1 bite and realized the bread is MOLDY 🤢 I'm pregnant and could've gotten really sick if I ate that. I peaked in the back and saw the dirty fry area and nasty floor. The bathroom had an awful smell. The employees were nice but that place needs to be inspected ASAP 1st and last time going there.

Best milkshakes! Sometimes aren’t available but o gladly took the ice cream and whipped them up at home. Could do a better job stocking but the young people working there are very nice!

I typically don’t write reviews but this location sucked so bad I felt obligated to do so. For starters there’s a female with glasses working the front who has the personality of a floor mat. My 1st sign to leave should have been when it took her almost 3 minutes to dryly greet us as she stood behind the register, especially being we were the only ones there. She took our order and got it completely wrong which we had to return to have it fixed. The fries were super old, soggy and greasy as well. The fry cook moved at the pace of a turtle who also wasn’t very friendly either. There was someone who came through drive thru, who’s order they got wrong which he was having corrected when we returned. They treated him as if he was bothering them. After continuing to ignore all the red flags to leave, I requested new fries as well as the correct meal. The female took my bag & then proceeded to move at turtle speed. We received our “correct” order & new fries which we checked before leaving and comes to find out, the order was wrong once again. I was so frustrated & hungry I just took the food given out of fear they would do something to my food. This was by far the worst burger I’ve had ever. I love Hardee’s but this location definitely needs more training as it’s our money that’s paying their salary. The least I need to feel as if I’m bothering someone when paying my hard earned money on below mediocre food, even after you’ve messed up the order once already. This place can go straight in the trash. Don’t bother going here if you want a good burger. If I could give no stars I would.

Worst customer service on 11/9/22 at 7:27pm. I entered the establishment with no customers inside. There was 3 cars in the drive through line. The female behind the counter never even acknowledged that I was standing there for 8 minutes even though she kept walking back and forth to check for orders up and back to the drive thru 3 times. When I took a picture of the restaurants sanitary grade and owners name then someone from the back kitchen hollered to the cashier asking her if she has a customer waiting. In discuss i just left before saying anything negative to her. Customer service is no customer service at this establishment. Sanitation Gade A is nothing without customer service.

I really wanted the Frisco burger because I have not had one in a very long time. Well I waited for about 25-30 minutes in the drive thru. Got my food and went home which is about 6-7 minutes away. Open it to get ready to eat and the Frisco Burger look like it had a bun on one side and Sourdough bread on the other. The onion rings were really cold like they had been sitting there for a few hours. I am so disappointed 😞. I actually had to take the bun bread off to eat the burger because it was hard and had a taste to it.

I had the best fast food breakfast in a long time on Sunday, April 22nd. Kenisha had freshly brewed coffee and the ham biscuit was like the old school biscuits, from when I was a kid. It was delicious. The sausage and egg was also amazing with a fresh egg and sausage. Great job Kenisha! Thank you for working on a Sunday morning and also caring about the product you put out! Keep up the great work!
