I came through drive thru and ordered two Frisco breakfast sandwiches. They were the worst. Bread was not toasted and egg and ham was cols. Are you kidding me. If yall can't get food rite then you don't need to be working here. Come on. I will never be back. Never have I been to a Hardee's where the food was so terrible. And this particular location closes at 3pm .

Service was great. Food was fresh. Building it self was old and worn down. But then again so am I.

It took 23 minutes to get our order of 3 burgers, fries, 2 sundaes, and 3 drinks. There was only 1 single customer ahead of us and no one in drive thru.. They definitely were in No hurry. Made the burgers and then said we'd have to wait for fries because they used them all. They did 1 thing at a time. Totally unacceptable!

I would give this location zero stars if I could. We were stopping during a long drive, so went inside to use the restroom. As of July 2023 they are still not using the beverage fountain. There were not trash cans in all the bins. We waited approximately 20 minutes in the restaurant for two sandwiches and a lemonade, which they forgot to give us. I had to go back inside for the lemonade. One of our burgers was overcooked to the point that char bothered my daughter.

Hours say drive thru open at 4am so I thought I’d swing through after work. Got there shortly after 4am. Workers were in the building but I was ignored in the drive thru. The location down the road on memorial drive is much better.

Just drive through on trip, quick and easy, not great breakfast but okay for my driver. No problem, I just don't like their news biscuits

They had a picture of hotdogs as part of the kids menu. The lady overheard me asking the kids of they wanted hotdogs. She then told me they were out of hotdogs. My family and I all ordered the same bbq burger. Twice I thought my order was ready because my family ordered the same thing . I begin to grab the bag the lady tells me one is my mother's. One is my brothers. My parents and brother sit down to eat and was halfway finished by the time the staff got the kids meal ready. They had the fountain drinks turned off due to covid. All other restaurants have open the self serve back up. My nephew didn't want the sweet tea I got him. The workers seemed annoyed to change the drink. If they're annoyed open the self serve fountain drinks back up. It took entirely too long to get the kids meals. The workers seemed annoyed the entire time.

If your willing to wait at the window for 10 mins plus and they not take your order please spend your money here!! After waiting over 10 mins I drove to the window to let them know they had a line in the back, I discovered that there wasn’t an emergency they just had a really good conversation going on. Silly me
