Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Ozark

Very good customer service at this visit through the drive through. Cooked our food to order; the hot fries were very good! The fried chicken sandwichs were good and fresh with an awesome bun however I didn't like the pickles that were on it, although I do prefer pickles on sandwiches. They were garlic kosher pickles and left a strange taste with the chicken. No problem; just removed them and will ask they not be included next time. The lady at the drive through was very pleasant!

They were out of coffee at 9:30 in the morning and didn’t even give me the option to wait on a fresh pot but instead told me I had to order something else.

This is the second time that my credit card has been double charged. And it's always the same scenario. Cashier talking to somone else while ringing up my food. Probably need to start going to McDonald's for my early morning breakfast. The first time they charged my card $13.00 for a $3.27 meal. Seriously, no more Hardee Check your receipt.

This store is always understaffed. It leads to long wait times, and inconsistent food. Your fries will be cold, and you'll get the order that was meant for the drive thru customer.

Updated review: Back to same old problems. Not acknowledging customers waiting at the register, making them wait ridiculous amounts of time, rude, act like they have better things to do than help customers. It was nice for a couple weeks after management change but back to same old lazy rudeness. And I got the cut- and-paste "we are sorry" paragraph as corporate response.

Like the atmosphere of dining room and employees are so nice and give great service! Food is great!

The drive thru girl was more interested in giggling and playing than getting my order. I only got part of my lunch and that wasn't correct. Plus I sat waiting for almost 10 minutes at the driveway. Great when you only have 30 minute lunch.

Terrible. Gave me day old rock hard onion rings. My daughters milk shake had so much syrup in it you couldn’t consume it not get sick. I tried to call them and get my order corrected only to be hung up on 3x in a row. Good luck to you if you order from there. -2 stars
