Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Monroeville

Literally took 28 minutes for 3 cars to get through the drive thru. It was like a practical joke.

It was to hot to eat in this establishment...food was mediocre not what I expected

Being from California this was my first time at Hardees. I ordered a coffee and it was empty. The employees weren't roo friendly so I didn't want to ask for any..instead I drank some soda. Cinnamon biscuit was amazing.

A friend and I went through the drive thru and ordered we had coupons for 3 items the lady said she could accept all of them at one time and we proceeded to pay at the window,when we handed her the money she proceeded to say that they didn't accept change unless it was rolled as I spoke to her and asked why they didn't accept change and how it upset me she stated with a VERY BAD ATTITUDE that I was the one that came through the drive thru with change not her. All I can say is since when did businesses not accept American currency and why did she have to be so rude to a customer that was simply trying to get breakfast for her family??? Do not expect an exceptional Job from that lady she isn't in the mood to deal with the public obviously.

Whomever was working the drive thru at this time, deserves a raise.. even though the order was kind of messed up, she handled it very professionally and quickly; and all work a very kind voice, and beautiful smile.. the order was still very fast, after corrected, and hot.. fries were fresh, and again, she handled it wonderfully.. I will gladly return again, when in town.. Food was excellent, and extra napkins were provided(always a plus).. We originally stopped in for the honey glazed chicken and waffle sandwich, but the waffles were still frozen; so we ordered differently, and it was still wonderful.. thanks again. Update- 03/07/22: still excellent service, and always fresh fries.. Young lady at drive thru today was polite and quick to get the meal out.. Inside dining is still closed, but drive thru is never busy, and fast.. 09/07- never busy, always fresh, quick service, always coming back.

Walked in to get something to eat all the people wanted to do at the front counter was talk and then wanted to take my order and still keep talking. I'm sorry I'm in a hurry this is a fast food resturant and there is no rush here.

The Hot Honey Biscuit is the way to go for breakfast.. I love my Hardee's they are quicker than you would think for one drive through. No they don't always get the order right or forget to put something in the bag but... It's not that often give people a break the ladies and gentlemen working now have always been very nice to me and I suggest to check your order before leaving the window!!! Food is always at least a 4.5 stars and if I could give my breakfast a 10 I would.

Hardee's Breakfast (or the reputation of it) keeps the lights on down south. My picture is on Saturday morning...maybe one football field away from a McDonald's.
