The team member who helped us was very friendly & helpful. Our order was correct and piping hot. The atmosphere inside was as good as you could expect a fast food restaurant to be. It was very clean. The biscuits & gravy were surprisingly good.

I ordered a Famous Star meal through the drive-thru. The curly fries were hot and freshly cooked and the burger was put together perfectly. Not sloppy, not a bunch of one thing on one side, and a bunch on the other. It was delicious.

I used to go for breakfast all the time. Then I got my usual monster biscuit combo and the bacon was rotten. Must have been in the warmer since the day prior or something but it was so bad I spit it out. The bacon looked so bad I wouldn’t feed it to a dog. Idk how the person making the sandwich didn’t notice or didn’t care. Fast forward about a year and a half too today, I figured hey, it’s been a long time, let’s give it a shot. Well the bacon wasn’t rotten so that’s an improvement I guess. It did taste very old and was so rubbery and dry that I could barely chew it. It also tasted very unpleasant. So a year and a half later and we still have old bacon. This location used to be very well run and had very few quality issues. It seems as of late, this franchise is content with making things that appear to be food as opposed to maintaining any sort of quality. I just want bacon that doesn’t taste like a shoe. 🤷🏻‍♂️

We use Hardee's as a meeting location every month. Staff are always pleasant and prompt. Coffee is hot. Food is always good. Relaxed atmosphere.

Just okay... Food was lukewarm and. We missed breakfast by 10 min... Disappointing as Hardees used to be one of my favorite fast food places.

Hand breaded chicken wasn't even slightly crispy. KFC's is way better. Popeyes the best. Servers were unresponsive. I now see why this place was empty at lunch on a beautiful Saturday. Won't go back.

Hubby went there for me because KFC was closed. Got there at 9:30 pm. A full half hour before they close. I worked in fast food. They deliberately said they were all out of breaded chicken and chicken tenders because they didn't want to cook them and onion rings. No way were they out on Friday in Marquette. Horrible way for the workers. No wonder they are the lowest paid in Marquette. There is no limited menu. He didn't get there 5 or 10 minutes before close, that would be understandable to not want to turn on the friers specifically for the chicken and the onion rings. It was a half hour before close. Ridiculous. I was probably one of your last remaining customers. Never again.

Went through drive thru on way to Doctors. Used App and got a Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combo with hash rounds and a drink. Also got a blueberry and lemon cream cheese fried pie. I always love that Hardee's make fresh biscuits each morning for their meals. The whole sandwich was delicious, the hash rounds are so crisp and the fried pie was amazing! The only slight negative is I wish you guys used pepperjack cheese because I prefer the flavor but I don't mind what you have!
