The burger was made very messy and tasted gross. I only ate half of it and hope that I don't get sick from it. Fries were cold, & I hate cold fries. -$12 Wasted!! If I'm spending over $9 for a combo meal, I expected better quality of food than that mess I was given!!Manager and cashier were arguing. Took a while to place customers orders!! Like, what is going on here?? They Used to be better than this. REFUND PLEASE
I was greeted warmly by Mrs Cheryl Hanna today. She is such a pleasant lady and definitely an asset to this location! Her attitude should be spread amongst all people!!!!!!!
If I could give 0 I would. We had to wait more than 10 minutes to get our food. The food arrived.....cold!!! We ordered 2 Frisco combos with shakes and an 8 piece. I got my $$ back for the burgers. The shakes were whipped cream n a scoop of ice cream. The service was awful, there were no customers, totally unacceptable. BTW the chicken was not hot either but it was for dinner. I should have just returned it all!!!
the had gotten my order wrong . I ask for white meat but they gave me dark. also when i was ordering the lady acted like she couldn't read me and i was speaking loud. also the person when i to the window the person asked what was my drink, and i think they should know that because i was saying that like 2 times but the person acted like the couldn't hear me, and their service is Horrible i don't even know why there still going on.
This is actually my first time trying Hardee's so I really loved the food now And I will try the food again thanks to this place. And the customer service was on point.
Not friendly, never in a hurry and always makes you pull up and wait. Have to check your order before your leave!
Service sucked. Food was not hot or warm. AC must have been out. Hot in store had doors proped oppen flies everywhere.
I ordered the Frisco Angus meal no Mayo and hmm I threw my lunch away. It was rather disappointing due to the fact the young lady who took my order repeated it back exactly it was even in the receipt that way. There were 2 employees just sitting at the next table and they saw what I did. Will not return to this Hardee's
