Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Iron Mountain

Short road trip to Michigan, stopped because it was next to a park and we could eat outside. The chicken strips had a different texture. The coating was dry. However it was a beautiful day spent with my daughter and the food was soon forgotten.

We stopped in around lunchtime today. As we were walking into the bathroom, the employee, skye , was walking out.. we used the bathroom only to discover no toilet paper and no soap!! Ewww!! When we walked out Skye was at the counter, waiting on customers. My sister said something about the condition of the ladies room. Skye called my sister crazy and I pointed out to her that there was no way she properly washed her hands before returning to her station where she would be handling other people’s food.. how gross!!! She didn’t seem to mind that her hands were not clean.

Even though there was problems with the soda machine the staff took care of everything and got us the ketchup we asked for as fast as they could I appreciate everything they did. That's why when I go to iron mountain I always stop there to eat

I love Hardee's food, always will, but this one's kinda a bummer. IF it's even open you either deal with a 20 minute wait or a rude kid giving you attitude for whatever reason, not sure what's going on with this location but hopefully they figure out staffing issues

The staff is very warm and friendly and very welcome and thank you so much! Hot, fresh, delicious food quickly ordered and served. 5 million stars!

Completely messed up my order no cheese on one sandwich and didn't even put my cheese burger in the bag for the kid and I live 15 mins down the road SMH love Hardee's but not impressed with this one oh and fun fact I got charged 75cents for cheese and 3.19 for a burger I didn't even get. Irritated for sure.

Don’t expect them to be open if you come here. On 6/7/23 the sign on the drive thru said they closed at 4 PM due to staffing shortages. This happened to me in Helena, MT too, that they closed early due to staffing. Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr clearly needs to up their wages.

Absolutely garbage service... people who work here don't take your order when they see u standing there for over 12 minutes.. I wouldn't even recommend this place to a dog
