Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Huntersville

Food was absolutely horrible. We couldn't eat it. The manager on duty lied and said it was made fresh, also refused to not give us a refund if we couldn't bring the food back. I drove miles and miles away and was not about to turn around in traffic to return the food that we had to throw away. I highly recommend never visiting this Hardee's location if you're expecting fresh or even hot food.

On 5/31/22 at 8:30am the service was fast and accommodating. The food was hot and tasted good!

I went on a Saturday morning and it was a little backed up. Tries to use the app to order but ordered something and paid for it and ended up not even offered by this location. The staff worked to get me a sub and overall was fine in the end.

Everything was wonderful except for 1. I'll remember in the future though. I'm a fan of condiments, however not when they are smeared all over the bun, way too much! On the outside of the bun as well. I ate in on this visit, however went ahead cleaned it up and ate it, my fault for not saying something then. Food was good!

The manager saw us pull into the parking lot, waited until we walked to the door in the pouring rain and locked the door and put a drive through only sign in the window. I saw them make eye contact when we pulled up. Just lazy and ridiculous.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast this morning. We had been going to the Waffle house but have gotten a little tired of the poor service. The food was good fast and the staff unlike other places we've been were nice and professional. Thank you!

Update 4/16/2022: I will no longer be going to Hardee's. They don't get your order right and somehow it's the customers fault. Keep rolling your eye's my dear, you'll go far in the service industry with that attitude. Must be something with the Saturday crew, probably the B team or something. Previous (5 stars).. I’ve been coming here for a year now with this pandemic. It’s now the families usual Friday spot. I bumped it up to 5 stars, as the food and service has been very consistent. Speaking of consistency, there’s this one gentleman that works Friday evenings (stalky white guy), always gets the order right (kids make it impossible to order from menu) and when he hands it to me, tells me which order is which. I specifically go on Fridays just because I know that dude is working. I went in Saturday once and the food was not put together as nice and the girl got my order wrong, haha. She did fix it, but I’m sure you all reading this know that it’s just disappointing when people can’t just take your order and it be right. That dude has put my faith back into Hardee’s!
