Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Hinesville

Slow service is the hallmark of this store, but food preparation sucks too. My biscuit looked like it had been pulled out of the trash. Take a look at the photo. The sad part of all this is the Corporate people don’t care how bad it gets here and let this franchise owner provide poor experiences to the customers brave enough to enter.

Cashier was rude with an employee she screamed at him back; They were only 3 people working and was checking the orders when came out, asking did you ask for this and this was your total. They squished together the 3 orders of food...

I have had past bad experiences in which i just asked for a refund based on the attitude of the person in the grill was upset that she gave me a cold burger and she made it seem like it was fault stating a lot of negative remarks in which the manager told her to stop. Now on this visit 01/16/2020, I received excellent customer service. My burger was not as hot as I wanted it and instead of them making a new one, i asked them to put in mircowave and they apologized immediately and offered to remake and i said no just put it in the microwave..well when it still wasn't hot enough for me, the manager said he will just have it remade and apologized again...when it was done the young lady that was working the grill actually came out and gave a personal apology...this crew during this time between 1 am and 230 am was the best I have ever had in any fastfood restaurant...KUDOS TO THIS TEAM. When i got to my office and bit into the burger i was in heaven...thanks

Service has greatly improved. The staff are really friendly, Food's good, and the service was fast. I always get the $5 big bag special and it never disappoints. It comes with two double cheeseburgers, french fries, a drink, and an apple pie; it's great all the time. I would recommend this selection for anybody that visits this Hardee's location.

I never had a really bad experience here. I love Hardee’s breakfast but paying attention to little details is a must. I just grabbed breakfast here and since it was almost lunch time they decided to pull me forward as they cooked my breakfast at the last min which i really appreciate. The bag did seem light but I was headed back to base to handle business and didn’t check. I paid for a combo and had only a sandwich. I called but got no answer. It seems like they were just in a rush because it was nowhere need pack but since my husband just returned home I can’t go back out there at the moment. What’s also crazy is the fact that I just read 2 or 3 reviews from this morning alone 🤔

The coffee was horrible and it took almost 15 minutes to get what i ordered...which made no sense since I was the only inside customer. The biscuits were hard and cold. Id give a better rating if they could prioritize a bit better.

The service is incredibly slow. The food is okay,but regardless whether or five people in line or zero people online you will have to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes to get your food.I have tried on five or six different times to order food here especially when it's empty and you're still waiting.

Will never eat here again. Use to love Hardee's back in the day, now days the quality has gone rock bottom and the people that work there don't care about any of the customers. The last two burgers from here served cold and tasted awful. Called the manager about it and he didn't care, asked me why I didn't bring it back in and get a new one. Really, I went though the drive thru for a reason, didn't have time to just turn around and come deal with you or your staff. Why don't you have some sort of quality control to make sure you don't serve low quality food, especially being the most expensive fast food restaurant.
