Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Highland Springs

If I could give zero stars I would. This place was horrible. When we arrived, there were two gentlemen waiting for my food. My husband ordered while I went into the bathroom (there were no rolls of toilet paper in the dispenser but one hanging on the purse hook, tp everywhere, one toilet out of service). I came out and my husband just shook his head. The two gentlemen went up to the counter and asked kindly if they could get their food (there was NO ONE ELSE in the place but us and them!) and states that he dropped his buddy off to order, went across the street to get gas, then came back and waited another 10 minutes, with no meal. So they started his meal. My husband and I ordered a kids meal with cheeseburger and a three piece tender. We were given no receipt (when asked they said they didn't have paper), no number, not even a confirmation of the order. The gentlemen finally got their food and 6 workers were just standing around laughing and flirting with one another, not working on our meal. No fries or tenders dropped in piky, no one making the burger, nothing. Finally the drive through worker asked us if we had ordered and I said yes! Needless to say, our food was disgusting, my tenders were cold and tasted like the oil was rancid. The restaurant was filthy and the pictures hanging on the wall were even askew. My husband worked as a manager in fast food for many years and felt we probably should have walked out. Absolutely gross.

Don't come here if you only see four people on staff in the morning. Their manager was stressed and un- intentionally took it out on us. My chicken biscuit was delicious but my coffee darn near burn my tongue and hands because it was filled to the top.

I haven’t been to Hardee’s on some time. I stopped going when they changed their food supply vendor..some things just didn’t taste the same. So this morning, I thought I’d give them a try. The lady was nice and it wasn’t too crowded…Needless to say, it’s always something. I’m standing in line and I see the lady lifting ripped cardboard boxes off the sandwiches and completing the order. I proceeded to counter and asked why the cardboard..she said heater was on the fritz and the warmer makes the sandwiches hard. So…can anyone say ‘not sanitary’ no matter the reason. These boxes have been on anything and potentially everywhere. And every time she touches the box…any uncovered food is at risk of contamination…can someone help these ladies stay in a job and go fix the heater??? And not expose it’s patrons to whatever is on the bottom of the boxes??? Please???

No stars!!!!! I have always loved Hardee's fried chicken, and this is the only one in our area that has it. I drove all the way across town and back for chicken yesterday to be disappointed. I ordered an 8 Pc. & Biscuits she had given me 1 breast 1 thigh and the rest was wings. It cost me $19.00. I called and of course they couldn't care less. I won't be back! I recommend anyone in the Richmond area that wants good fried chicken, go to Lee's Famous Chicken on Broad Street, they really are the best!

The managers stood around while DANA H. At 235 7/29/24took orders in drive Thur and front counter orders , received $$ made the orders for both regristers. WITH PRIDE, PEACE AND PATIENce. She never lost her cool . I’m soo proud of this young lady. He cook as well was fast and ready

Got a burger pulled off literally across the street from Hardee’s and it’s cold and dry

I was driving back to DC and stopped at this location and ordered a combo 9 the sandwich caused direaaha and couldn't drive any more so I stopped couple times on my way home. Pain and discomfort. The food looks Old or leftover. Worst experience ever. Don't go there.

Poor service , cook forgot my order , guy comes in after me 5 min, orders Monster and I order Big cheeseburger, he gets his before me. Bread was stale
