I ordered chicken strips and the service was surprisingly fast I should have known burnt to a crisp from sitting there forever not cool

I shouldn't even give them 2 stars. But I'm being nice. First off all or our fries were COLD and stale.. Second my 5.55 deal the cheeseburger was cold and the bun crusty and dry. Third my Son's Frisco burger was super cold and the bun felt it came out of the fridge. I'm very disappointed. We come here often. But we won't be coming here any longer. And lastly they took away the Military discount?? We always got a discount. This apparent manager from a different store said my store gives discount?? I'll have to see how they do that. Because my wife told her I was at this store on state line and they gave me a discount. How can a manager not know how to do that??? It's going to be a shame not coming to Hardee's any longer, they have great burgers... This place in Harrisonville must have new management??

New(?) breakfast platter is tasty. Good variety and sufficient portions of each item. Coffee has a good, bold flavor and just the right temp. Staff is friendly and management obviously takes pride is the cleanliness and appearance of the building and grounds.

The customer service is terrible. On March 3, 2018 around 7 P.M. I waited for nearly ten minutes at the counter to place my order with no employees to be seen. While I was waiting the customers in the dining room were laughing about the fact that no came to the counter. When the manager , Dylan, finally came from the back all he had to say was that they were busy cleaning. The customers that were leaving suggested that he give me a free dinner, he offered me a free fry so they were again laughing as they left. He was rude so I left with out getting anything. All that I came in for was a Mushroom/ Swiss thick burger. I plan on sharing my experience and will not be returning anytime soon.

This might be the worst Hardees I've ever eaten at in my entire life. The girl up front as nice as she can be and tries to help but the manager and assistant manager don't seem to want to help her. People in the drive thru came in to get their food is how long they waited for it. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned, we asked to get sweet tea but they never refilled the sweet tea the entire time we're there, we had to reorder are fries because they serve this extremely cold fries. This restaurant is an absolute dumpster fire. I see where everyone was across the street at McDonald's

Went through drive up. Waited for a while hoping for hot food. Only four or six inside already eating. Finally got food. Got food out and it was cold. Turned around to take food back. Got food and not sure but I think they tried to reheat. We ordered 2 quarter pounder thick burger combos. Never knew the meat to be paper thin. The worse food ever! This is the only location of Hardee's I have had crummy good.

I wouldn't even give it one star but you have to. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We drove away and realized they forgot our ham egg and cheese croissant so we turned around to go get it. We let the cashier know and she said no problem pull to the window. She had our sandwich ready to go but then who we assume was the manager came out and asked us rudely whay our problem was. We let her know what had happened and she was snappy and rude in her tone and her responses like we did something wrong asking for a sandwich we paid for. She should not have a customer service job treating people like that! Especially a management position. Way to set the example for how you employees should treat their customers! Will not be returning to this location!

Worst hardee's ive ever been too. Waited at the counter with no line for nearly five minutes. While waiting in line, another customer came in furious demanding a refund for being ignored by workers at the window. Took 20 minutes for our food to come out. Our food had bits of blackened fries that tasted of old fry oil
