I was in the area and decided to drive thru. I was looking for a light meal. The menu board says kids hamburger combo $4.99, kids cheeseburger combo $4.99. So was not told the price , “drive around”. Was charged $6.80. Which was never said. The guy at the window asked if I wanted my receipt . So when I looked at it the meal was $5.89 plus tax. At first I thought maybe I read the board wrong. So being curious, I drove back around. I didn’t realize I was close enough to set off the drive thru speaker again. But I asked about the price difference. And was replied to by the rudest girl ever. She said there is an up charge for cheese. Which I get. But the menu board says same price for both . To which she replied. “I can’t help the prices” and disconnected . So my question is when did the price change and does no one care about honesty, accuracy? This is principle and customer service issues. . Literally don’t waste your money going here .
they charge per sauce packet now. extra is understandable but one? really? staff is super friendly though.
Wasn’t asked if I wanted any condiments when I ordered. Got my food and asked for some and they just looked at me like I walked in naked.
The fries they gave me were old, and BBQ sauce on my sandwich was the nastiest BBQ sauce I have ever tasted. This is the second time I have tried Hardee's at this location, both times I have been disappointed.
I only order from 1 lady that works there, when she isn't there I'm not either!
I did not expect the really good food they served me. Burgers were smoking hot just like the fries. Customer service was very good as well. When I'm in Grant, this will be my go-to place for lunch.
It ok if u like Hardee's foods l don't Hardly eat it that much
The employees was extra nice, and is willing to go the extra mile for the customer. They are very fast about getting your food to you. Over all, they have a good attitude toward the customer. That is saying a whole lot about a fast food restaurant. I will be going back for more. Thank you Hardee's.
