Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Fort Walton Beach

Just don't go there! They have problems with the staff, problems with the cooks, problems with the registers, you name it.... time before last I said I wouldn't go back, but I got caught in a pinch and it seemed convenient. We went inside - waited over 20 minutes to get food and then the order was wrong. It was rung up wrong. It was not the right food in the sack. 35 minutes later we took food to go. When we started to eat it, it was gross! The hamburger reminded me of a school cafeteria. Their burgers used to be great, but not anymore. The only redeeming value seemed to be the chicken strips. My son got them and said they were pretty good. They looked looked good. However, there are plenty of place to get good chicken we will not go back to this Hardees.

I was just there at the busiest time of day, the transition from breakfast to lunch, and it was packed! Loretta was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She was working extremely hard while delegating to co-workers in order to assure prompt service. She remained calm even though it was very chaotic. She even personally brought our food to our table while thanking us for being so patient. she was awesome!

All of the food is good, always has been but they have dropped off in the service area, sometimes anymore it's not uncommon to stand in line for several minutes until the one person behind the counter gets to you. Not enough help up front. But I will have to say the breakfast is always good!! Love their biscuits!!!

Not what it used to be. Ordered the Frisco and Grill Cheese Burger meals. Neither sandwich was good. The meat on the burgers wasn't fresh, very dry, and wasn't warm enough to melt the cheese on the Frisco. The restaurant wasn't busy but the lobby lacked clean tables. However, the onion rings were good. I have visited this location a few times and the results have been the same. Won't be going back for awhile.

The food is good. The service on the inside is good. But don't ever go through the drive thru....it sucks. One night my son waited 28 minutes in the drive thru. I went one day and there was one car ahead of me. I ordered and sat there for a bit the car ahead of me sat there for awhile waiting so I drove off went next door to Quick Trip. I went in got something to eat, came out and looked over at Hardees and that same car was still there waiting for his order. I never saw that car leave even as I drove off. If you go there I highly recommend going inside.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the food was surprisingly fresh. With that being said, the way the drive thru was moving, it seemed like we were there during the lunch rush. I gave them the Benefit of the doubt and figured that they were busy inside. Once I pull up to the window, you can see that that were completely dead inside. The young lady at the window did not greet me at all and immediately told me the price and put her hand out of the window for my payment. After running my card, she told me that it would all be up shorty while crumbling up my receipt and throwing it in the trash... she didn’t even ask if I would like a copy of it. After about 5 mins she asked me to pull up and they would bring the food. I am honestly surprised that the food was fresh and the order was correct. Im not sure if everyone that works fast food in Florida is rude, or I have just had bad luck since I’ve been here, but so far the only place that I’ve gotten good customer service was at baskin robins! ITS RIDICULOUS!

Hardees has become known for their delicious breakfast. The long lines around the building and inside every morning keep the doors open. I am assuming this because the place is so empty most of the day. The $5 box is a deal but otherwise this place has gotten to be a bit pricey. The food tastes good and is served fresh.

The food was really good. Just had a regular hamburger but it had really good flavor. The bun was toasted a little bit more than I would like, but it was still good. The staff was totally awesome early. Good work you guys.
