Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Dyersville

Stopped for breakfast and we weren't disappointed. The food was great; definitely had a homemade taste. Loved the biscuits and I've heard they are scratch made. Friendly staff. The wait was a bit long for the food for not having many customers, but the restaurant had television to pass the time.

Very good and hot food. The lady even threw in two free cookies for us because of the long wait. She was very apologetic. We didn't even complain or ask for anything free. Way to go above and beyond to keep already happy customers happy. Will stop again if ever in the area.

Wasn't very busy when we went inside to order and eat our food. When we were there, we asked if it was likely to change the TV channel to CBS to the basketball game that was going on at like 11:30 on March 17th, 2016, (it was spring break for me) and they were more than willing to change it! I'd definitely return there the next time I'm in the area and hungry!

Today's visit at 2:30 was terrible. The young lady at the drive thru was rude and unprofessional. She even accused me of having an attitude. This woman shouldn't be working with the public. I left without buying anything and went to McDonald's.

The new staff for the past month or two are very rude and unpleasant. On 5 different occasions with family or friends. Bigger black lady in the morning and a young white kid with bright green glasses in the evening. My parents have said the same thing and will never go back. I will never go back as well. Plus, they always close way early and always have there lights off.

It was my first time dining in at this Hardees and there was only two employees working at the time. Absolutely no one was there but my cousin, my dad and me and one drive thru person. The employee that took our order gave us most of our order but, claimed he didnt hear all three of us say we wanted an extra order of onion rings with the meals as well, instead wanted onion rings to replace the fries(the meal comes with a small fries, cookie and drink). He gave us a small order of onion rings with our meals as fries and then after we told him again from walking back up to the counter that we wanted the meal that comes with the fries, we also wanted a separate order of onion rings each for the three of us. The order came out to be the burgers we wanted with a small onion rings, a cookie and a drink. The actual order we wanted was the burgers, fries, cookie, drink and an extra order of onion rings. So dont go unless u want dumb people taking ur orders.

At this restaurant they are not customer orientated and they do not participate in the coupon giveaways. I asked them for coupons and they say they don't have any and never get any I find this hard to believe I hate it Hardee's all over the country as I'm on the road quite a bit in the two restaurants in this area Dyersville and Manchester do not freely give away coupons in the man to Sister location I am told by a friend that works there that they have plenty of coupons but will not give them away I will not try any new food without a coupon and being a senior citizen I depend on coupons when I get out thank you

Couldn't possibly have known that extra help was needed with a farm auction that's been announced for over a month now in all the local papers? Out of tomato. Out of lettuce and onion apparently too. Oh and don't forget BOTH sweet and reg iced teas. So after 20 minutes all help was out front yaking. No one coming through drive thru or door. Still no tea so nothing to drink with my meal but melted ice. Hey thanks!!
