Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Dandridge

Mimi, Alley and Cameron are the best!! They always make me feel special and welcome. I’m a regular customer here just because of those three. They always have a smile on their face when I walk in the door! They are definitely a boost to my day! Thank you three for making this my favorite Hardee’s!! The place is always clean and well stocked at the drink station!

It would be great if they were working here At 5 am the prerecorded voice at the drive thru stated they were closed and to come back during business hours, while one customer and 2 employees are playing behind counter If they don’t want to do there job…why apply ??? Apparently the girl that was finally in the window stated the prerecording is set up this way, and a customer of 3-4 years is as stupid as she is. Why bother applying if you’re not going to work??

Everything was top notch this morning. It was so good, I came back for lunch. Clean, attentive and freshly made to my specifications. The Super Sausage Biscuit was perfect, the crispy crowns were hot and fresh, even the soft drink's ratio of syrup to fizz was spot on. Good job everyone!

I am a truck driver and parked at the truckstop walked up to the Hardee's and made my order to go. Ordered a double burger got charged for a double. Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender got charged for a 5 piece. When I got back to my truck, I had received a single burger instead of a double and a 3 piece chicken instead of 5. Tried to call phone number on the receipt and the website no answer on either number.

This is a great Hardee’s!!! The employees love their job and the food is fresh. I hope corporate models other stores after y’all.

Happy and friendly staff. Drive through window was about 3 feet from window making it hard to reach for the food or hand them money to pay for it. French fries could tell were burnt and have been cooked in old grease, and no napkins in the bag.

I just left this location not even an hour ago and I am highly upset! I ordered a breakfast burrito. First they tell me that they don’t have the loaded burrito that the website even advertises. They have bacon only. Then I pay $3.50 to receive a cold tasteless half wrapped burrito. The bacon, egg, shredded cheese and tortilla…all cold! The cheese isn’t even melted because it’s not prepared properly. I can’t believe that they had the audacity to give this to a paying customer because I know not one of them in there would eat their own food like what they had the nerves to hand me out that drive thru window. Very upset. This is unacceptable! And I have already been on Hardee’s website and left feedback prior to leaving this review. This is not okay! First and last time at this location! So I don’t need to be responded back with a reply on my review with a website requesting me to provide more information because I’ve already completed that. But I would like a refund because the burrito was not even edible. I dare not go back there to speak with the manager because they obviously have not changed anything after seeing the last reviews that have photos and had issues with their order!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Waited 3 minutes to even be acknowledged ( when 2 workers looked right at my husband) waited for 15 minutes for our food to come out .. the only person in there . Then another woman came in , waited 3 minutes for even being acknowledged and then another few minutes to get waited on.. 3 more people came in and they waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged. 1 gentleman walked out because he was never acknowledged or anything.. he was standing right next to the couple ordering, when the employee turned around and did her thing.. there were at least 8 people in the kitchen area at the time. But girls at counter were to busy ignoring customers. Just a suggestion.. all you need to do is let the customer know you will be right with them.. COMMUNICATE WITH US! We can be understanding!! I
