Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Council Bluffs

Morning staff I would give 5 stars! However evening staff.. No stars! The older lady that took our drive thru order was so incredibly rude. And our food was so over cooked it was barely edible. The burger was actually crunchy and black along the edges. Considering I could've spent about $5-10 more and gotten Texas Roadhouse to go.. I am extremely disappointed. Normally go in the morning before work. They are so fast, polite, and the food is great! Don't recommend for dinner. But definitely recommend for breakfast!

Staff and service are great. But I am SO DISAPPOINTED that Hardee's has decided to discontinue the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. I've been enjoying that burger for nearly 40 years, beginning with eating them at Carl's Jr. in CA. Please, pretty please...BRING IT BACK! Or I may visit the Burger King across the street.

SUPER nice and helpful staff. They went to check ingredients for me and everything. Everyone is very nice, good attitudes, and it’s really clean. I saw them wipe down and clean everything during down time. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. Also, heard some pretty fabulous singing coming from the kitchen. They definitely enjoy their jobs here.

The service was great and the food was delicious as far as fast food goes BUT I have one complaint.. they no longer sell their awesome curly fries I love so much and that is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars

the food was blah definitely doesn't have anything on Carl's Junior. from what I understand they are the same company but do not have the same food. no wonder I never go there.

Food was very good got the $6 meal deal and it was well Worth it, clean place, friendly service, all around good job Hardee's

Food is good, hot and freshly made. All the staff are great, funny, friendly and courteous, especially Melisa.
