Absolutely revolting. This “burger” is inedible. I ordered a hot dog instead of eating this and I’m pretty sure this hot dog has seen some things. I’d ask for a refund if I wasn’t just passing through town.

Stopped in for a bite to eat around 8:20 p.m. First off they were rude when we asked for a high chair. I asked did they have one and got a sharp no and that was from the manager on shift. They were so ready to close the restaurant down that they clearly didn’t want to fry anymore pies that I paid for and gave us cinnamon rolls that a rock hard instead with one pie being given that looks half ate. Also ordered a burger meal and totally didn’t give me my burger and shut the store down as soon as I walked out which was at 8:50. It took 30 mins to get 1 half eaten pie, 2 rock hard Cinnamon Rolls and a chicken strip meal. I want my money back!!!! $25.00 dollars for cold food and rushed service.

We stopped at the Hardee's in colonial heights next to interstate 95. It's 1:30pm. It was a little busy. I wasn't sure what to expect. But I have to say my visit was great. We got the tenders. All the food was hot and fresh. The tables were clean and the employees were all very nice. We will be back when in the area.

Stopped in at 530pm on a Sunday. The place was empty. Staff started arguing over who would cook our food (2 cheeseburgers and fries) . I think the manager cooked our meals, and the food was good. Clearly, the folks that work there don't want to be there. There are many other options on 95, I'll pass next time.

I usually stop here every two weeks and there are rarely any cars there, which is scary considering how great the food is. Generally, I order the hand breaded check tenders and have to wait about 7-8 minutes for them to cook and it's well worth it! :) Go to Hardee's; especially for breakfast, it's delicious.

Food was good. Drive thru went quickly and smoothly. Employee in the window was perfect for his job. Great customer service interaction and pleasant service.

Terrible service and food. 3 people running the restaurant... 25 minutes to get a hamburger.... and a bad hamburger at that. This Hardee's is off my list of places to eat. TWO STRIKES FOR YOU IN MY RESTAURANT BALLGAME....

It was pretty dead when we got there, so they had to make my order on the spot. Hit fries and real chicken fingers!
