Gave 1 star . It was the only way to review. This place used to be great. Now....over it. Needs to close it's doors. Today was the last straw. Several people sat and waited almost half hour AFTER paying. Couldn't get what I ordered. Out of bisquits during breakfast? Really?! Then food was cold and undercooked. As long as I waited (I shouldn't have waited that long) should have been hot and fresh. Close your doors.

There was nobody at this place although the drive through seemed fairly busy. The service was a little on the slow side. It seemed like maybe they didn't have quite enough help. Other than that, it was OK as far as Hardees goes. This isn't too bad of a place.

Literally no napkins for customers in the restaurant. Completely slow with nobody else ordering. Dude in the kitchen doesn’t have a clue. Portion size was insulting. Won’t be coming back.

I used to work here and it all started out pretty ok after one shift I was able to work, the next day I came in and got biscuits and gravy and a hand breaded chicken to eat a couple mins after I wasn’t feeling well and felt sick which I later found to be food poisoning. I will continue to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I SUGGEST NOT WORKING here at the Hardee’s in Chatham, they DON’T have the labor hours to work ANYONE there and only have one Full Time position not worth it, would be better to work at McDonald’s 🤢🤮

I have been there a few times. Each time, beside this last time, I got burgers. They had no taste and were not cooked right. This last time I got a chicken sandwich it was so burnt and not edible. My dogs liked it,though.😒 Highly disappointed with the food. Onion rings were also undercooked ad seemed to be a.whole onion fried together and then seperated a bit...as the rings were all fried together and were given to me as a solid piece and also undercooked. I won't be back to this location

Just bad. Got 2 orders of the "2 for $5" roast beef sandwiches on 2 separate orders, somehow that was hard enough for them not to mention the poor quality and super small portions, more like a "2 for $2" deal. Was already down the road when we noticed or would of went back. It's no mystery why this chain is on the decline.

Although very short staffed Jennifer sand roger worked great together to give me and my family of 5 excellent food, service and overall pleasant experience on a special night for our family. Thank you

McDonald's is right across the street. McDonalds can process 5 orders while Hardee's is still working on one. Furthermore Hardee's is extremely overpriced ! The wait and the prices might be tolerable if the food was superior...its not. Its run of the mill fast food.
