Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Centralia

I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru with nobody in front of me . The lady working apologized several times and told me they make the food as it is ordered . 20 minutes seems like a long time to make a Frisco and fries. When I finally did get my food my fries were cold... I guess I know now why the drive thru was empty when I pulled up there... because no working person has time to get their food there!

I normally don't complain but we ordered 2 Frisco breakfast meals both of our sandwiches were child one of the pieces of bread were burnt and the other just seemed to have butter slopped on it! The hash rounds were cold,pretty much the only thing that was hot was the coffee and it was burnt. We spent $20 and didn't even eat it!

Fries aren't the best...but they're not bad. If you don't expect much, you may, sometimes be surprised--burger was good and not slathered with condiments. When it's the only fast food place in town open 24 hours, it's more than servicable...90 to 92 out of 100 or 4 and half stars. 06/01/23 1230a

Spent over 20 minutes waiting for food while the employees just stood around yelling and cussing at each other, no one was in drive-thru, store wasn't busy at all when I finally got my food it was ice cold, tried to call the store to let them know no one would answer the phone...

The food was hot and good taste, but over 15 minutes in Drive thru when you are the only customer is expected here

Complete trash. How can an establishment of such low quality stay open for business? The incompetency possessed by the night shift is on a level obtained by very few. I mean honestly, how hard is it? The food was cold, the service was beyond subpar, and the inside looked like it could have doubled as Joe’s Apartment. It’s appalling that Hardee’s, as a respected corporate entity, continues to allow people to spend their hard earned money at such an utterly abysmal location. Do better.

Food is usually on point here. But lately it has gone downhill. Cold food and long wait times.

My wife picked up biscuits & gravy today. Turned out to be bricks and gravy 😡 Yesterday biscuits?
