Biscuits were bland, tasted of lard and water. Very greasy and overcooked. Steak and chicken in the biscuits were fried in what tasted like old oil. Bought biscuits and two platters for the family and the only things edible were the sausage and gravy in the platters. The staff is friendly but the food was yuck. This location used to be dependable and money well spent . Hope the quality goes back to what it used to be.
I havnt found any better customer service at a chain fast food restaurant since I was a kid. Ladies were amazing, called my phone to tell us a online order item was discontinued and made a replacement item from scratch. Well done American ladies !
I was really surprised how great the restaurant was. I've lived in Clemson for 4 years now, and this is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. The inside was very clean. The service was great, they were fast, and very friendly. I ordered the monster burger and chicken tenders. The beef was tasted very fresh, I definitely enjoyed it. I was really enamored with the chicken tenders. The chicken was very REALLY moist, sooo good. Also, the breading on the chicken tenders was nice and crispy, and they did not put too much breading on it either. When I eat chicken tenders, I want to be eating chicken, not breading. They had a great balance, with the breading providing just a nice crunch with some seasoning. Overall, I am really satisfied with this restaurant, and will continue to come here.

Food and service was exceptional excellent. Management and staff were friendly and went above there expectations for our luncheon party
Shellie was the manager when I went in, she had horrible costumer service complained when I asked for fresh food, waiting for over 15 just for 2 sandwichs was rude when I asked for extra sauce and only gave me 1. Walked away from us multiple times I asked for a higher up and she wouldn't give me a name or number, wouldn't take mine for the manager to contact me either. Almost no ranch on the bacon ranch fries and my chicken that I asked for fresh looked old and burnt I work in fast food myself and I could never serve this to a customer.
Hardees makes a great biscuit. But, my family and friends all agree that this is perhaps the worst fast food restaurant in the area in regard to service. In fact, I have never - I man not once - actually ordered without some sort of mistake - be it wrong change, wrong or missing items, cold items, or a looooong wait. Sometimes all of the above.
Faith and Sarah are always so nice!!! They always have friendly faces and hot food ready for us!
