Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Bonifay

Went to the drive thru for breakfast...3 different employees, 3 different times repeating our order, they actually got the order right! We were in shock. Biscuits were really good.

Western Bacon Burger was tasteless. Shift manager was rude and lacked leadership skills, he was happy to tell us how he couldn't help us and what they didn't have (no cherries for Shakes, no lemon for tea, no spoon but had a knife which didn't help me eat my shake after oral surgery) he openly spoke about his last shift to other employees regarding how he sent someone home early because they weren't cleaning up or doing anything extra... very unprofessional. The front of the house had every table but two dirty and had rock and roll playing loudly, and I could still hear the manager running his mouth. The bathroom was fairly clean, however, this is the second time we have tried to eat here and sorry to say we probably won't return.

No one was inside. We placed our order and my son showed me there was a roach crawling under the soda fountain that was not clean. The women's bathroom stunk and garbage was overflowing. Men's bathroom didn't have any paper towels and was dirty. We waited 10-15 minutes or more to get 3 meals. In that time, a worker got a larger order then left and 5 or 6 orders in the drive-through were filled before ours. The dining room was filthy too.The hamburgers were slightly pink and the chicken sandwich looked like the chicken was cut in half. It was a very small portion. The food cost us $36. So overpriced for the poor hygiene and service!

Worst food in the world. Had to reorder the Fry's but before I could give the burger back my clothes were ruined by greese and mayo. Only thing good was the unsweet tea. 16 dollars out the window. Will never order from here again If I could give 0 stars for the food I would

If there was a zero star, I'd give 3 zeros. Discourteous staff, grubby dining room, and we left for McDonalds after over half an hour waiting to order to find the first two items ordered were out of stock. The staff ignored us while focusing on drive-thru. When asked about being waited on their response was they would when they could and continuing with their focus on drive thru. As we left the drive-thru was empty.. so they intended to serve us only after drive-thru was served.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Probably the best location I've been to in a while. I felt welcomed and my order was fast, hot and correct. It was very nice.

Drive thru backed way up. Went inside and ordered. Got in and out in under 5 minutes. Breakfast biscuits are the best.
