Floors were sticky, chicken tenders were cold and overcooked, employee forgot my sauce I ordered. Horrible experience. They never gave me my double hamburger just a single one that was not edible. Should have took the floor stickiness as a sign to leave. Complete waste of money as all the food is garbage.
Lately, in the mornings, have to wait forever to get my food. This morning I ordered 2 sausage english muffins, and got sausage biscuits instead. Tried to call the store, phonecall went unanswered. Lately, they've been routinely screwing up my orders. Fix this!
I ordered the super star meal, was great. Not a mushy mess like many fast food chains call food. This burger had great taste, great quality vegetables. Funny thing happened while we were inside dining, one of the staff had subway delivered to her by a friend. Seemed funny to see her rushing thru the dining room with subway sandwich But other than that great experience. Must say the young lady that greater us and took our order was polite, well groomed and pleasant. I liked seeing that
Long haul trucker. Stopped in for a biscuit. Was delighted to find excellent customer service exemplified by Josie. I asked for a extra dark brown biscuit. She was happy to put my biscuit in the oven for a 'touch up'.
Had the chicken sandwich and it was good. Fries were hot as heck. Not very friendly people at the front. But got food..
Assistant Manager very unfriendly and staff has no personality. Cleanliness of the restaurant was sub-par. I could feel my shoes stick to the floor.
Kids playground onsite, food was quick and great service. Gave us free pies when the kids meals ran too long
Prices can be reasonable, watch the ads. Food always tastes great. Friendly service. Atmosphere decent.
