Bathrooms have not been cleaned in over a week! Got charged for 3 items instead of two, as I paid for my buddies meal. He said he got an extra food tray. Gravy; I won’t even touch it!
terrible. worst hardees in all of pitt county. employees dont care. store is filthy. biscuits are always burnt & cold, chicken is inedible & chewy. soda has a metal flavor in it, and hashbrowns are always cold. gave them another chance after a year away & just as terrible as before. save you money & drive up to the one by bells fork, best one in the area. never bother with this disaster in ayden
I ordered 5 piece chicken strip meal. My strips were dried up and hard. Look like they had been sitting for a few hours. Also very small. I would like refund or a free meal.
Workers don't seem to care, food is either way over cooked or way under cooked. Bacon was so hard that I couldn't even eat my biscuit and what bite I did get the bread seemed gooey and not fully cooked. Restaurant doesn't seem that clean and employees would rather walk around chatting instead of doing anything else.
Food order was adequate. Cashier and teammate were more interested in talking to each other than taking care of customers. Felt as if we were interrupting their conversation.
Needed. Bathroom break and a bite to eat. Restaurant was extremely old and nasty, staff was incredibly wonderful
Like most fast/ quick food service establishments, they are struggling to get staff.
I have experienced racism at this place two times! I went with a white man the first time, then with his wife the second time. Our orders were placed and paid for but didn't receive our food in a timely manner, in fact there were other customers who came in after us and received their orders before us! I will not visit this place again! This hardee's is in bridgeton, not ayden.
