Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Aiken

Half the food was not available. Came to window and was not available for what I ordered. Gave my co friend the wrong order. No cheese cold and the food was not to Hardee's specs. The bacon was cold not warm or crisp 11.00 for a lemonade is what I literally paid for. Make this right. Had to put fries in it just to taste better and WRONG MEAT also red. Hope I don't get sick.

I made a mobile order. The employees kept saying that they did not have an order in their system. I showed them the notification, email, and app on my phone showing the mobile order. They would not give me the food I already paid for. I was in the drive thru and had to come inside and they still would not give me my food. The manager was finally able to pull up my mobile order after some time, saying their store did not honor a special that was on the app. While I waited, I watched roaches crawl around a plaque by the front counter. The floor in this place is always sticky, like it's been mopped in soda. I was surprised there was an A on the door. I'll never go back to this Hardee's.

Update: 05/14/2023 Food is ok. One staff member is so unfriendly. Update: 04/21/2023 Staff are nice this time. Coffee tastes burnt. Food is ok. Dining room is clean. Probably one of the most unfriendly Hardee's I have ever visited. Food,,,,meh.

The employees seem to be lazy and uninterested. The dining area was unkempt; the floor was sticky and the tables and chairs were dirty. This was my first Hardee's visit in years, and I am not impressed!

8:30 pm Ordered 2 meal deals. No soda available No shakes available Said the poured the rea out at 8 pm Nothing to drink. No price adjustment on the partial meals. Uniformed employee outside fawning a boy Food was dry from sitting under heat lamp wayyy too long. Rude and definitely not interested in a customer. HORRIBLE !! Sad that somebody invested in creating jobs and their employees could not be more ungrateful. Sad.

The service is exceptionally slow here. Be prepared to wait for awhile for your order. The staff was arguing with each other about something for a few minutes before someone came to the front to take my order. The fries were cold and unsalted. The burger wasn't much warmer. I'll skip this place next time I'm in town.

Witnessed the manager Markita (older woman) yell at a young girl (teenager & employee of Bojangles) stating that she has never liked her and that she was going to beat her a$$. I then saw the same manager, along with the second manager of this location leave the store and go to Bojangles yelling that she was coming for the young girl. Later the cops were called on this Manager.

Worst service worst food I mean how you mess up a HOT HAM CHEESE??? Both sandwiches were cold cheese wasn’t not melted REALLY how had can this be?? $13.15 kiss that goodbye Don’t y’all care? Worker couldn’t even take off her blue backpack. My 3 year old could had got this right. Even set in drive thru waiting for 20 minutes for what? Cold sandwiches wish you all try to plz your customers.
