Management was very kind and very Professional. Thank you Management for correcting the mistake. I had a problem while with an order I got while passing through Ohio. I called the store on the same day and the man I spoke to said ",keep your receipt": and the next time I come to the Lorain Ohio area I can get the order replaced. I said anytime? The manager said anytime I'm in the area and just keep my receipt. I kept my receipt. 10 1/2 months later, I called the store and they told me to call Corporate, I did. The woman who refused to give me her name was so rude, very disrespectful and even tried to insult my intelligence. She made several attempts to be little me for calling corporate 10 1/2 months later. I said I don't live in Ohio, when I made the purchase I was passing through. She then transferred me to a voicemail. Never had I been so disappointed from a corporate office. At least Tia at the store was very kind and and very professional. But not that woman in corporate. Will never go to another Happy's because of the rudeness and unprofessional of the Woman who took my call. You don't ever be little or put down or disrespect a customer. All I wanted was my order replaced, both fish dinners were cold, both pizzas didn't have have the correct items on them. Very disappointed . Thank you Tia in the Lorain store for being so professional and at least trying to assist me. But that Black African American woman in corporate was rude and very disrespectful
The fish dinner was good. The fries could have been left down for a little longer. The pizza was tasteless. Not worth the price. Little C has much better pizza and that isn't good when their pizza is half the price
I ordered through the slice app in advance. Selected a schedule time and everything. Got an email my order was ready. Got there to pick it up and no food was ready. Told me they didn't get my order. Showed the gentleman my order at the counter he went to another device seen my order and was like we have it ready in 15. $60 order and wasn't even offered one of my items for free! Horrible customer service and I shouldn't be having to call a number to resolve the issues when it could've been dealt then and there!!!
Absolutely love their pizza they use quality cheese! Got the 35 dollars deal ask for garlic butter wedges gave me regular again. Rib tips use to be very good but the last 2 times, they were so dry you couldn't even chew them. The wings were good tasted like wing zings.
This review is based solely on the customer service. The food is always good. We ordered on the website and then I called to make sure my husband could pick up as I put it under my name, I was told they hadn't received my order, even though the money was taken and I had an email. I sat on hold for 10 minutes while they contacted corporate to find my order. I had originally wanted my food by 5, but because of the issue I told them we'd pick up by 5:30. My husband got there around 5:20 and was told it was almost done. He then sat in the lobby for almost 30 minutes waiting. Our food was done by 5:30 yet it sat there while every staff member but the owner just stood around. Absolutely ridiculous. We order from you guys at least once a week. This has us very discouraged from doing so moving forward.
They have the worst delivery I have ever seen. I waited two hours the first time for delivery. I know things happen and gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Almost two hours again and still waiting. I'll just go somewhere else next time.
Be careful ordering from here, they make undercooked pizzas. I was almost done with my first slice when I noticed it smelled and tasted like raw pizza dough. The cheese lifted up and under it was literally raw dough. You could mold it and shape it, that can't be safe to eat! The bottom of the crust looks fine but it just didn't cook all the way through. So disappointed, hope my kid and I don't get food poisoning. My roommate said they always make their pizza like that... yeah I had to break it to them pizza should not be like that and they shouldn't be eating that. They thought their pizza just had a chewy crust😭 If they are consistently delivering food that isn't safe to eat... how have they not been shut down yet? Food safety regulations keep being violated. Please check under the cheese before eating. They can never seem to cook their pizzas fully. We've spent so much $ here... probably lost their most consistent customers. Rib tips were alright, sometimes they taste great, sometimes the meat taste off so it's a hit or miss. Management needs to have a meeting with the cooks to figure out how to resolve this pizza mess and they need to double-check food is fully cooked before giving it to people. They need to implement a system to do better. It wasn't soggy crust under the cheese, it was raw dough!
We ordered pizza one hour and 30 minutes ahead of time so it'd be ready it wasn't we waited 15 minutes and the pizza was substandard the cheese was not even melted all the way. They didn't even apologize.
