POOR TIME MANAGEMENT I don't like giving such a low rating, but I placed an order online at 7:37pm, said my 2 large pizzas would be ready at approximately 8:07pm. I arrived at the store at 8:17, and my order still wasn't ready. They said it would be 7 more minutes. I finally got my pizza at 8:30pm. It wasn't busy in the store, there weren't any orders waiting to be picked up and the phone weren't ringing off the hook. But the employees were complaining that a woman who placed an order called to cancel because she had been waiting over an hour and a half for her pizza to be delivered, and didn't feel like waiting any longer. Don't waste your time here! There are plenty of pizza places around town to order from!
I placed an online order and arrived at the time specified. They hadn't even started cooking my order, and it was wrong and priced way too high from the Internet price. 20 minutes later I finally left with everything after they cooked it and charged the correct amount. The food was good, but whoever was processing their internet orders shouldn't be.
I order food there regularly, at least twice a week. I don't do delivery, always pick up. If you get delivery, expect to wait 45-50 min. Pizza, breadsticks, ribs, and boneless wings have always been good. Some of these other reviews seem petty and ignorant. Probably a mistake on their part.
Pizza was good, nothing very special but it was still good non the less. HOWEVER it took 50 minutes for my pizza (a 2 topping large pizza pick up order).. when i went in to pick it up i was the only one in there then slowly others came in to pick up their order but found themselves waiting an additional 20 - 25 minutes.
I will never use this location again, and since it's closest to my house, no more Happy's for my family. Spend $40-50 and they can't deliver on time. Both times have been an hour + for delivery. Pizza finally shows, and box had been tilted so cheese/toppings are on one side only.. Not happy for Happy's. I DO NOT recommend this place!!
This has got to be the worst place on the planet. We called 4times, waiting for our pizza, NEVER delivered by the way, and got nothing but excuses. We went with someone that could deliver. Nutless monkeys could do a better job. If we could, these inbred idiots would get a negative rating. DON'T order from here and think you're going to recieve it on time and hot.
Not too Happy at Happy's Pizza! They advertised for a free pizza from 11a - 1p I've been in line for almost an hour and still waiting! Obviously the preparing the free pizzas wasn't well planned out. I will not be too quick to use this place on my lunch hour in the future.... grrrrr
I just bought a big pizza at Happys, the struggle may be real elsewhere but Happy's sticks to its name. Victoria kept it real and hooked me up with a beautiful pizza full of parmesian cheese and that ehooey gooey garlic crust. Have with some dabs and enjoy your night. I'm now a Happy's regular. One people one pizza, Happy's, the true hometown hero.
