Food was great.. boneless whiting platter. Yes, I was given that free fried shrimp. Like mine whole.. split them frying dries it out.. but it was very tasty. Smart family, and so kind.... separated the store and sell fresh seafood next door. Ordered some crabs I've been wanting for the last 3 years. So glad I read the reviews. This eatery won't disappoint. See u guys again soon.
My first time here in Happy Times Seafood and it won’t be my last time. Staff were very nice and always had a smile on their face ! I tried the fried shrimp sample and it was very good. Everything was well cooked and tasty. I came here with my family and we enjoyed every bite of our food. 10/10 and definitely recommend !!
I love coming here to pickup food every time I’m in Baltimore! The food and service is excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and very fairly priced. Each time I’ve come, the # of people in my group has doubled because of the high praises we sing to the rest of our friends and family. One bite and you’re hooked! I recommend the catfish and the shrimp. I plan to try the seafood boil next. Try this place out, you will not be disappointed.
Been coming here for over a year, and I’ve never had anything bad. Today I had the Snow crab boil bag, with shrimp, crawfish, and the other standard fixings (eggs, corn, etc). Get the Juicy special seasoning, you won’t be disappointed. This was the best boil I’ve had in a long time. The fried catfish and golden fried shrimp are great too. Staff is very friendly and the place is clean.
Good food, better customer service. I’m happy to have found a small, family owned business that offers a huge variety of seafood options! My mom smiled the whole time she ate dinner. We ordered the soft shell crab sandwich, half pound of fried shrimp, and fried cod with corn on the cob and mixed grilled vegetables. Great value for the money, will definitely visit again to try more!
Person taking our orders was so sweet and clearly very excited about their job. They gave us free samples of the fried shrimp. We got fried shrimp lake trout and crab and corn in the bag. Everything was amazing. The fried shrimp and crab in the bag was our favorites though. If you want seafood in baltimore you need to go here first. Great people and great food. What more could you want? I do wish they would open up a store in a better location but at the end of the day you pick up your food and eat it somewhere else anyways as there’s not a dine in option currently. Looking forward to coming here again!!!
I’ve been coming here for the past 5-6 years and I love them. I don’t order often but they always remember me order.
The staff was super pleasant and walked us through all the menu choices. The fried shrimp and catfish were delicious and everything was freshly prepared. The hush puppies had whole kernels of corn and were as good as any restaurant. Also, I was very happy with my choice of yellow rice instead of fries.
