There is no room for error here. Imagine being an employee working at Happy Day Cafe. The pressure to be happy would be overwhelming. I hope they know it is okay to be sad every once in a while. Like if your dog dies and you show up the next day to work smiling...you're a sociopath. Not matter how hard you try, some days just can't be happy. The best anyone can do is pursue a happy day. That's exactly what I tried to do when I visited Happy Day Cafe and they sure make that pursuit a lot easier. The employees were very friendly and the blueberry muffin I got was delicious. The only thing I'd recommend is that they change their name to Pursue a Happy Day Cafe.

I love this little coffee Cafe! I haven't tried any food options but their coffee is delicious. I usually order a caramel macchiato and it's always made perfectly! I love the drive-thru option, especially!

My mother, my sister and I went to the Happy Day Cafe just a few minutes ago. The food was good and the frozen coffee drinks were wonderful. I think the proper name for them was frappe drinks. Small place but nice atmosphere. Will go again. We got the 20 oz. Frappes. They were about $4.79 and worth every penny. Good. My sister got a butter pecan cupcake and she said it was delicious. Do recommend. I went again Fri. Feb. 8, 2020 by myself, for a quick lunch before getting hair done soon: in adjoining parking lot. They had Orange Chicken with Rice and Veggies, Black Eye Peas, and "Orange Fluff". It was absolutely delicious! Literally ate every bite! See before and after pics I am going to try to post. They said that was a new dish they were serving. I think it was actually the first time they had served it. Anyway, hopefully the pictures will post and they will speak for themselves. I also ordered a Mocha Frappe that I almost finished a little later. It was good also and almost the same price as a well known fast food restaurant nearby.

Turkey n bacon on Texas toast wasn't anything to write home about. Was more like a roll with some lunch meat and finely chopped bacon pressed in a Panini machine maybe?

This little place is awesome, I love their jumbo banana muffins. I could eat them everyday, along with their chili. The staff is friendly, also glad to see you. Don't bring your dogs thru the drive thru if you don't want them spoiled, because they will be. They have treats for them as well. I don't know who's more anxious to go for good food and treats me, or the dogs.

Great small place .food is really good. So if u are in pontotoc please stop in I'm sure you will enjoy it

What a charming coffee house with very friendly staff! Great Latte!

It's okay, the workers are always rude and every coffee I've gotten hasn't tasted that great ,for the price I've had a lot better than this, only reason I go is because I don't feel like driving 30 mins, but the 30 mins is definitely worth it compared to this place.
