Double patty burger have more meat than big burger. Bag of fries is basic but good to have. Hamburger buns are yummy. They’ve own parking lot. Only outside seating area.
This place was on my way home and I gave it a try because I was very hungry. Ordered the big cheese burger with bacon and large fries and they both were very good. The service was fast from start to finish. On one window you pay and on the other you pickup. They have a large parking lot and when I got there nobody was there and in a couple of minutes there where about 6 cars so it depends on the time it can be busy. I like how well the burger and fries were packed and both really nice warm and tasteful. Next time I'll come back I'll try something else.
I only had the chocolate malt, but FINALLY, in a world where the malt is all but gone, Hamburger Heaven served up the best malt I had in years!!! Real ice cream, GREAT malt flavor. It's like I died and went to malt heaven. Well, if you're a fan of malts like I am, make your way here. You can bet I'll be going back.
Great old-fashioned burger stand. I can’t remember what burger I got, but it was excellent! The fries were perfect. The staff was quick to get food out to us and we eat in our car. I’d like to go back when it was a little cooler and sit outside. We were headed to a movie, so we didn’t have a lot of time, but really enjoyed our food!
After many years coming here and enjoying great food and service, after management was replaced. The quality has really gone down hill. The hamburgers have lost there flavor, and instead of the cheese being poured onto the fries and the enjoyment of licking your fingers clean have gone out the window with the tiny cup of cheese.
From Brooklyn NY - so a real brat when it comes to Illinois food ...this place was awesome! Incredible portions - great price/service. Standout for me was: 1. French Fries 2. Onion Rings 3. Cheese burger - great bun to burger ratio and perfect amount of sauce w/toppings You'll notice great freshness on the fries and onion rings. They must be using piping hot oil because the fries & rings aren't greasy at all or oily. They're crispy, large, so fresh and delicious...blown away!
I've been driving by this place for years. Finally was able to stop for lunch today. Ordered a Root Beer float and a Chili Dog. The food was average, nothing special. I've had better elsewhere. Beware of obstacles in the parking lot.
Love this place! Came for my second time today so I could have my partner try it out. I got the Big Cheeseburger with everything on it, and they got the Pizza Burger. Everything tasted great! We also got a bag of fries which were fresh and delicious. Perfect sharing size. Finally, my partner got a Strawberry Shake which was super good! Can't wait to come back!
