Our burgers, fries, and onion rings were all excellent, and the burgers cooked perfectly. Love the dipping sauce choices. They even have that great chewy ice for the soda machine. My only (minor) complaint was that I ordered a cocktail and it wasn't mixed well - first half tasted of just vodka, while the bottom was like overly sweet lemonade. Would've been solved if they'd just served it with a stirrer straw in the drink.
I was looking for a good burger around San Jose and found this place. It looked good on the pictures so I have it a try. Let’s start with the stuff, he was so nice and explained everything, I loved it! Burger was really good! I would definitely go back
If you want a good burger this is the right place! Don't miss the happy hour from Monday to Friday starting at 11am - 7pm and 9pm to close. You can sit at the bar and have a drink. Fries are really really good. Uuumami mushroom burger is my favorite!! They have an outdoor patio. Quick service. Staff is friendly.
Came here for dinner. Self-seating restaurant with bar and multiple TVs for sports viewing. Burgers range from $12-14. Ordered a classic burger and it was flavorful. Patty was cooked just right and was juicy. Could’ve done without the Mayo/secret sauce (kind of thick imo). Nuggets and fries were delicious — seasoned very well. Regular cleaning in between patrons would be ideal, a few tables weren’t clean but staff addressed quickly. Overall decent experience.
Great juicy burgers with delicious taste and crunchy onions on the side. Everything comes in loft style ambience and friendly personal. The only downside is the pricing which is quite expensive for burgers.
Grub’s the bomb! High quality burgers and onion rings are among the best. Milk shakes are good too. Nice full bar to chill. Happy hour specials. Cheese fries score points with real cheese but are average. The basic burger is the Front Porch. Love it. If you want to venture a little more then try the Morning Glory which some zing and an egg. The Guakawaka is nice of you like avocado. And the Wagyu is reeeally good. I’m lees high on the Uuumami Mushroom.
Excellent gourmet hamburger location with a full sized bar, TVs for sports games, outdoor seating, and quick and friendly service! They even have a customized sauce bar with homemade sauces! The food here is excellent. I highly recommend the Waygu Burger which comes at the top of the list for fancy burgers here. They have vegetarian options as well as a large assortment of sides and salads. They have a great selection of wines, beers, and cocktails from the bar that you can also order food at. Service is super fast here too. You go up to the counter, order, and sit down and wait for your food! Parking is ample and there’s a grocery store nearby as well as other little stores. This is a relatively safe area and easy to access from Lawrence expressway. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great burgers and drinks!
Nice casual location to grab a few drinks and burgers. Staff is friendly. We had The Hot Chick (fried chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce). Chicken was crispy and not over dressed in sauce. Fries were great as well. Bonus points: Grub also serves non-alcoholic beers and is fully dog friendly.
