The experience was fantastic from the moment we entered. We chose to sit out on the patio, which was perfect for the lovely day. We ordered the jerk burger and the Chipotle burger with onion rings and tots. Burgers were cooked to perfection and both were tasty, unique and filling. The mojitos are excellent. Desserts (oreo cheesecake and chocolate pudding cake) sublime. Prices reasonable, server was excellent and attentive. Great place!
We tried the breakfast and were not impressed. The Belgian Waffle just a plain waffle and chewy. It wasn't crispy at all, like it was microwaved soft. The pancakes were so chewy they were hard to cut. The atmosphere is great and service was fine.
Ordered on 9/26 at 1:45 after working a long shift I was really looking forward to not cooking Picked up my order wasn't busy at this time . My bacon cheese burger was so burnt on the bottom tried to eat it and just couldn't awful way to end a already long day. At least my daughters grilled chicken wrap was good. Never had this happen when ordering here before it will be a long time before I will go back.
Daughter and I went there tonight for our weekly “girls date night”. Food was excellent I had the sizzling fajitas with chicken and shrimp. My daughter who highly dislikes kids menus order the bacon chicken Mac n cheese. Both were very good chicken was so tender and juicy, shrimp was cooked to perfection. The Mac and cheese was cheesy and perfect. Food was served quickly and everything was hot. Our waiter Ty was amazing very friendly he made it a point to ask my daughters name and addressed her every time her walked by. I observed another waitress carrying on a very pleasant conversation with an elderly gentleman who was eating alone. Something I have not witnessed at any other restaurant in the valley. Keep up the excellent service we will define add this to one of our date night list of places.
Awsome..... we had a no frills cheeseburger plate with fries and onion rings! Cooked medium. Haven't had a burger that was this good in years. Hats off to the cook,and the waitress who was very pleasant and fast. Will go back again! Only thing missing, were the peanut shells laying all over the floor like back in the good old days! Highly recommend! Went on Saturday September 2 at around 2:00 pm. 👍👍👍👍
I love going to Ground Round. The atmosphere is enjoyable and relaxing. John provides excellent service! He provides a fun loving atmosphere and assures food is served as customers request it. He is energetic and aims for excellence at all times.
My partner and I went to Ground Round because they were open for New Years Day. We haven’t been here since over the summer. We ordered the nachos with pulled pork & the jalapeños on the side because I don’t like them but he does. It was alright in my book but he was a little pickier. It seemed like the pork and cheese was stuck together in clumps so we would have to pull it apart with our hands in order to put it on a chip. I didn’t mind that as much but it wasn’t his favorite. I wasn’t a huge fan of how much lettuce there was but it was doable and we ate most of them. The nachos weren’t bad but more of very alright. I would say you get a large amount for the price so that was great. We ended up getting some milkshakes after and felt pretty full. I know we will be back in the warmer season so we can eat outside and drink because that’s our favorite time to go!
A co-worker and I stayed at the Best Western for the week for work. We visited here twice and enjoyed our meals on both days. Service was quick and staff were friendly. Good portion sizes & drink choices too!
