We came by about 7:30 on a Saturday. There were just two of us. We had about a 15 minute wait before being taken to a table. It was immediately clear that the wait wasn't for a lack of empty tables, but a lack of staffing. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful, but they were stretched so thin. We had a long wait to place orders, and for my husband to get his beer (it turned out they'd run out of his first request, but we didn't know for 15 minutes until we inquired), and for our food to arrive. The food was fine, too. We'd come here as part of the Curd Crawl, and Grizzly's has gigantic cheese curds. Really, they were almost too thick! They take several bites to eat. We'd also ordered small salads to balance with the cheese. I hope they get the staffing issues fixed, as it was apparent that the people there were doing everything they could.
It's been many years since I've been here. The food is just as great as I remember. The atmosphere is very cozy. I recommend the grizzly skins. The seasoned sour cream that they serve with the skins really is what makes the dish. This time I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was one of the best I've ever had. I loved the addition of the fried pickle on the sandwich. Our server was great as well. I highly recommend this place.
This restaurant blew my expectations out of the water. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting from the fireplaces, antler lights, beautiful hand painted murals, and the whole chickens roasting on the wood fire grill. The service was extraordinary. Our waitress was so kind and friendly. She gave us a thorough walk through of the deals and menus. When I couldn't decide on a soup flavor she brought a small sample of each. She was very attentive to our needs. The food is fresh and unique. Everything is cooked to perfection, great flavor. Wide variety of choices on the menu. They also have great daily specials and happy hour prices! You will not be disappointed here, definitely give Grizzly's a try!
What can I say, oh so good. The service was great. Ever attended for what needed, food was just awesome. There stakes are very tender and cooked perfectly. My wife had a grilled chicken pasta dish. My wife had the burnt ends and round potatoes. So good. The atmosphere was very nice đź‘Ś đź‘Ť. Worth the stop.
Got seated immediately, Emma was great. Food was decent. Got the spinach artichoke dip and brisket platter. It had a lot more cheese and fried onions than I expected but it was good.
Service was very good. Friendly staff. Got the Wood fire Bloody Mary and the 1/4 chicken that came with it was delicious. I had their flat iron steak and ordered it rare and it definitely came to the table rare. I upgraded for an extra two dollars for their salad. Great quality for the $$$
Passing through town and stopped in with no idea what to expect. From cheese curds appetizer to all of the main dishes, every item was excellent. Really good. And our server Eden couldn’t have done a better job. Very fast and efficient. Highly recommend this restaurant.
It was AMAZING and my drink was so delicious.
