My son loves the basic burrito, but I'm not impressed. Beans are well cooked, but not very flavorful. Chicken soup is delicious. Taco salad is not a taco salad - just a salad with some Mexican toppings. Tortilla chips come in plastic bags. They don't take care to spread out burrito ingredients unless you ask, and have messed up our burrito order more than once. Generally, too much rice, not enough other stuff. This makes the burrito fall apart. Also, the eat-in area is very small. I think they can seat 10 total if everyone is cozy.

First off the pinto beans are the best tasting beans I ever eaten but their grande burritos are always wrapped poorly. They fall apart easily, plus the chicken that's cook here taste horrible no flavor or texture it's like if they boiled the chicken then grilled it. Also the steak burritos isn't even edible, the meat way over cook. It's pretty expensive and get this..they don't even give out free chips. This my 3rd time eating here and the last wanted to give this place a try but nah your better off eating at the sandwich shop across the street way better service/quality of food.

The staff is very friendly, their burritos are very good. Their fresh fruit waters are not so good. I bought one of those a while ago and it was rotten(very unpleasant experince). The cook said it was freshly made that morning and the cashier guy removed the rest immediately.

Sign on the wall warning of cancer and reproductive harm in food. Still decided to buy chicken burrito. Bad choice no flavour and gave me food poisoning. Don't understand how this place can have a 4 star rating. Maybe the veggie food is good haven't tried it.

A second review for Grilly's! I was so taken by the Mill Valley location that I decided to give the Fairfax location a try. I had a chicken quesadilla and it didn't disappoint. With any melted cheese type entree it's always better to eat in so the cheese doesn't coagulate. Sometimes people don't understand that nachos / quesadillas only taste good fresh! There was a small issue with my order, but the tall gentleman working at the counter was more than accommodating. A friendly, welcoming kind of spot when you're looking for simple, fresh Mexican food! Great music playing also! I think they were playing Jackie Mittoo that day. Cool vibe, would go back when in the area!

Hole in the wall Mexican restaurant in downtown Fairfax. Only has three tables. Food is consistently good. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Vegan options. Great fish tacos with mango salsa!

instant food, I had no idea you could screw up a quesadilla, the sour cream wasn't sourcream, but some fake runny stuff, the Guacamole must have been som instant pulver stuff, the salsa same thing, everything was tasteless and left a horrible aftertaste. My friend ordered a chicken soup, that was just as horrible tasted like it came from a can. I have no idea how this place can get 4*'s nor how they can stay in business with such horrible food.

great burritos great ingredients. Not a traditional burrito the meat is marinated in tamari (gluten free soy sause). tasty and fast
