I was told by a friend that Grill King is now under new ownership. I went back to give it another try and oh boy, I can't stop myself from going back. I first gave the Philly Steak a try, the next day I tried the Buffalo Chicken Philly and I had the Gyro dinner over the weekend. It's now a family owned business which Sam the new owner & his wife introduced themselves to me and were very professional and polite. They knew they were taking over a location that was mismanaged but, very optimistic and determined to win all the patrons back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would!! I came in here a few weeks ago with a co worker for lunch and thought the food would be fairly good. We have our order taken by a Mexican guy that was very hard to understand. We ordered the hot dog special and chicken strip meal and it was disgusting! First off the chicken strips were WAY overcooked. They were literally black. Then came the hot dogs. I have no idea how on God's green earth they thought the hots dogs I were served were acceptable. Two of the buns were rock hard and one was so moist it was like they literally dipped it in water. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE!! The dogs themselves were almost pale white like they've been sitting out for hours. It was a complete mess the toppings looked like they were old the tomatoe was withered and the peppers smelled funny. Even the fries were terrible. Stale and full of grease. I couldn't eat it I was sick just looking at it. I very politely told the cashier that I would like to speak to the manager. I try to explain to the older woman, again very hard to understand as she did not speak English very well, that my food was unacceptable and that I would like a refund. She rolls her eyes at me and just walks away muttering something under her breath. She was the absolute rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. Thank fully I was able to get my money back but by that time our lunch break was nearly over and didn't have time to go anyplace else so I went back to work hungry and irritated. I will never even step foot within a 5 mile radius of this place ever again! I'm surprised they haven't been shut down by the health department yet. I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend.

I had the gyros and the price was right, the quality and quantity were good. They are not serving "KRONOS" gyros but whatever the brand it was good. But having gyros since the '70s I have had very good and very bad gyros. On a 1 through 10 scale I would give a 7 only because the best gyros are manufactured by Kronos. So the flavor is not quite there. No fault of "Grill King".

Chicken wings were great southern style wings the breading was light and the mild sauce was nice and thick quality not that water down stuff I also had the philly and it was on point . I trust a business when the owner is there ,that shows that the outcome is great ...

The food is good. The salads are good portion sizes and the italian beef is good. The delivery is good but make sure to check your order before the delivery person leaves. I have ordered 2x and each time they have forgotten something.

I've been ordering food for years from them. 2 different owners. The experience I had tonight was like no other! The guy who took my order couldn't even enter a credit card properly. Took me FOREVER for him to get the order. I received a call from the delivery driver. He was lost. Told me the guy who took the order "DEFINITELY did something wrong!" I received my order and was missing 3 sides of fries. I called and was told by whoever answered the phone and the cook I was wrong. I was told fries didn't come with my hotdogs...they've ALWAYS come with them. Didn't get them with my chicken philly or the grilled cheese that I SPECIFICALLY asked for fries with(my daughter is really picky). They continuasly argued with me until I hung up. Good food but...sadly...Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMON SENSE! I will NEVER order from them again!!!!!!

I'm going to start off by saying the food was excellent before the new management took over, I never had a bad meal from this place prior or bad service.....now with new management I have been here 3 times, first time was a 4 pcs. Tender meal, chicken was overcooked and tough....I talked to the owner/manager, not sure about this and he said he cuts and breads the chicken and would fix it, frys are bad...second visit I ordered the chicken teriyaki sandwich and it was great, again frys are no good....third visit I ordered the 4 pcs. Tender meal, chicken was better but tough like it's over cooked, again frys no good and soggy...they had small shoestring frys before that were great what happened???? The service Is polite being I found out the owners brother was running the register, and he was great, but great service with poor food will not get my business again... I feel like this place was good at one point then new management came in and lowered their food quality to make a few bucks.....I won't give up but I'm Leary...and I will add that as I was waiting for my food I saw the cook take gyros off the spit and put it on the flat top grill???? Really?? The spit cooks it not a flat top with grease poured on it...UPDATE...I called with my complaint and the owner told me he needed to change the grease in the fryers and will do it tomorrow and will take care of me???? So I was served a meal today for 9 dollars with old oil that he knew needed to be changed, but if you say something they will change the oil?? Staying away from this place...I would advise everyone to do so also...

Best philly cheese steak around. Juicy, tasty, and loaded. The mushrooms with ranch are also very delicious. The delivery guy was very polite. Definitely recommend.
