Been wanting to try Green Tea for some time now. Absolutely loved it and a new favorite. Will definitely be back. We ordered volcano bowl for a drink, crab rangoons, pork fried rice, general tso, steamed pork dumplings and my daughter got sushi. Absolutely delicious! Updated. Another trip to Green Tea and another delicious meal and drink. Got Ruby Relaxer, dragon roll, sexy jalapenos, and hunan. Enjoyed it all very much. The sexy jalapenos said spicy but I didn't find them spicy but I have a high tolerance for spicy. Loved the sweet sauce on the hunan.

Absolutely loved this place! I was shocked at how nice it was, just tucked away in the random places by the mall, but now that I've found it, I plan to go there way more often!! Well priced for the quality, and hands down the freshest sushi I've had in Penobscot County 100% reccomend!

Atmosphere is actually really dope - the mural behind the sushi bar is better than most I've seen, and everything is clean. The server was great. They were quick and attentive without being obnoxious. I wish I could remember their name, but it was Thursday around 12p at the sushi bar. I got the yellowtail jalapeno and fried pork shumai for apps. The wasabi tuna roll for my entree. Everything was good. The garnishes were very fresh. The wasabi sauce isn't very spicy, so if you like wasabi but prefer milder levels you'll be fine. If you prefer spicier, their provided wasabi is stronger than many I've had at other restaurants - so, you'll also be fine. I'm new to the area, but the prices were reasonable. The line cost, is standard to what you'll see at most places around the country but the portions were better. I'd definitely come back, and I'll recommend this place to everyone who asks about sushi in the area. Side note, I got the hot green tea, and its actually noticeably better than most places I've been. Milder flavor and smooth, didnt have that weird texture many places seem to have.

I'm a long time Green Tea customer, or more accurately, I WAS a long time customer. A few months ago my wife and I stopped into Green Tea for lunch where we were served old, soured, pork fried rice. We sent it back and they assured us that their food was only made with fresh ingredients. I have not doubt that the ingredients were fresh - a week or more ago. A few weeks ago my wife and I dared to give them a second chance for dinner. We were seated in one of the private dining areas. Yeah! This was our first time in one these fancy rooms. The server came, took our orders, returned with our drinks, and then... nothing. 90 minutes later our server pokes her her head in: "You guys ready for your check?" "No. No, we are not ready for our check. We haven't received any food." She returns a few minutes later with our meals. All of our food is cold. When I say cold I don't mean NOT WARM - I mean stone cold. I flip on the light and wait for her to return. I explain the situation to her and she offers to put the meat back in the wok. That's fine for the meat but what about everything else? She says it will take a while to fix. At this point we are nearly 2 hours into our visit and all we have to show for our efforts is a water and a couple of sodas. We payed for our drinks and left Green Tea - likely to never return. Green Tea has a nice atmosphere, with decent food (usually), decent prices, and (usually) decent service. But they are just not good enough to take another chance on.

Disappointed in the last couple takeouts. This last one sealed the deal for us as we ordered 4 pints of chicken noodle soup that was hardly worth the $8 per container! To even call that soup is a joke!! There was zero flavor in the broth, no vegetables, odd looking strips of chicken that didn’t even taste like meat, and the container is stuffed with noodles to make it look like a meal but they were disgusting. Our family couldn’t get through eating it. Do NOT order soup from this place if you’re craving chicken noodle even if you’re sick with a cold, just better of making it yourself.

Most amazing Asian restaurant atmosphere I've been too. Everyone we were with loved it. The vegan food and non-vegan food was amazing. Our waitress Sedaf did an amazing job with their service - fun, friendly, sociable. Best Asian restaurant I've ever been to, and maybe even better than the Asian restaurants I've been to in South Korea.

The food tastes great, but definitely not worth $80. We ordered the sushi deluxe and the pupu platter and this is what we got. The portion sizes are for children. I've never seen sushi rolls this small in my life. Very disappointed.

The location is a bit odd and you wouldn’t expect much, but upon entering you are greeted by a authentic styling. The chairs are Japanese zaisu chairs and there’s even private seating where you can close the door and have a private meal. Great for going out and eating dinner with a group of friends for a drink and some food. The sushi was good and had a great price with the combo options. The boba was amazing and had a great flavor. While there’s many drink options for the adults too! The fried banana was okay, I’d suggest trying something different on the desert menu.
