About a week ago I was going out to eat for lunch and was planning on going to another restaurant but found out they were closed on Sunday. Since I was in the area and hungry the Green Tea Cafe caught my eye. This new restaurant opened up recently and I decided to try it out. Inside was nice and clean although it could use a few things to spruce it up. Don't let the appearance shy you away from trying their amazing food! Their menu consisted of plenty of authentic Chinese and Japanese dishes, although their chefs don't roll sushi. Surprisingly they also had a few items of the "not so authentic" dishes as well, to serve all those who think chicken fingers and fried egg rolls are authentic and tasty. I ordered the Yaki Udon with Tofu, which I must say was very good to excellent. Thick Japanese noodles with fried tofu on a hot plate! I am the type of person who goes out and gets authentic food, whether its Thai, Chinese or Japanese and this place did not let me down. Our waitress was pleasant and our food came out in a timely fashion with appetizer and all. The entire menu was very reasonably priced as for the quantity and quality of the food. At the end of the meal our waitress brought out a surprise dessert on the house which was a red bean ice cream which was absolutely delicious. I never have had such a dessert and it was elegantly portioned and balanced with sweetness and flavor. This restaurant is a hidden gem and I would recommend it to anyone willing to try something new or to those that simply have an appreciation for authentic Chinese and Japanese food. If not, you can go next door to Top Garden, they have plenty of greasy Chinese-American food there. Cheers!

Absolutely the best Asian food I've ever had. They have excellent Korean and Japanese food. Great Okdol Bibimbap which is a rare find in this area. Newly renovated decor and great service. Highly recommend.
