First and for most, the customer service was great. A man who I assumed to be the owner was very kind and gave us some falafel for free! Then our food came out pretty quick! Maybe only a 5 minute wait. That's awesome. Its delicious. We're still enjoying it right now. No complaints from us!!!
A small, local favorite with the best food in town! The owner provides an atmosphere unlike any other. With favorites such as chicken shawarma, hummus, grape leafs, and vegetarian options there is so much to choose from. You can watch your food as it's made fresh to order, and have Mike or any of his wonderful staff serve you at your table. If you're in the mood for the best meal and the best company, you cannot go wrong with Grape Leaf. Service is always awesome, I always leave with a laugh from the fantastic staff!
New to the area, we were looking for authentic Mediterranean food and this place absolutely delivered delicious and varied options. Everything we ordered (1/2 the menu) was wonderful. The owner came out to meet with us, we knew immediately he was passionate about his food and was delighted to see people enjoy his dishes. We will be back frequently!
Mad at ourselves for not coming here sooner! The food was flavorful, fresh and amazing! The falafel was crispy, the potato salad was unique and so good and the beef shawarma was amazing, melt in your mouth! Do not miss out on this gem of a place.
The food is great but the owner (bald older male) is a jerk. He is rude to his employees and he has no patience with kids.
Out of all the Mediterranean places I have gone to outside of the actual country of Turkey, this place has the most phenomenal flavor. They cook your beef kabobs the way you want them not just slap them on the grill dried out and overcooked The chicken was marinated with some kind of seasoning that definitely wakes your taste buds up. Wish they would open one here in town, but I will definitely go there in the future
Searched for a middle eastern cuisine in southern pines area & came across Grape Leaf Bistro & I am so happy my family & I tried it out. The service was phenomenal! The owner was so sweet & really took pride in his food & culture & wanted us to try a little of everything. We were all blown away by the food! We left with our stomachs & hearts full! We will definitely be back! Thank you for being so welcoming! Our dinner consisted of: hummus, grape leaves, baba ghanoush, chicken shawarma sandwich, Greek salad, Lebanese potato salad, and the falafel. All were amazing!
Tucked away behind Olive Garden but well worth the 20 extra feet to find it. A hidden gem. It doesn't look like much but the quality of fresh made foods is superior! We had the hummus, shawarma, and baklava and each was so good!
