User Reviews

OK I read the reviews by others. But I came here to write a review because this place has the best tasting authentically spiced Indian Food that I have found after living in the area for years. I have tried them all and if you like flavor this is the place. Just ask to try one of the dishes. Its not a five star, take the family out for a birthday restaurant. Its the Deli style, choose a dozen dishes and have a flavor party in your mouth place. I have been going here for about 4 years now. I usually get a few days supply to-go. One time, they thought I was having a wedding because I ordered so much. No just me and the wife but we don't want to cook till next weekend. I think others review it as if they were going to Olive Garden and they probably expect service like it's Carmine's. I'd like to know which place in the area they liked?

Service is alright. It's a Pakistani restaurant it's not going to get any better. The place is a bit low light. The food is good, the kababs are definitely amazing. There sweet Sauce pairs amazingly with the white sauce. If your hungry and want a cheap meal to fill you up. This is a good spot

Food better than dera & they have service. I don't like other Pakistani restaurants in this areas when they just pile up whole order in one go. I'd like to taste my food warm & I get that here. Those calling it horrible & worst kind may be forget how much they are paying here. It's perhaps among the best places in these prices.

Same as dera. Excellent food. Unlike dera, they have very polite servers, and make for a pleasant experience. Love their kahwah and haleem. Take it from a desi, this place is as authentic as it gets. Can be a little cleaner. But ill let that slide for the amazing savory indian food.

I was in NYC this past weekend, I was excited to bring some authentic Indian sweets home with me to NH. I entered and they had 2 display cases with different sweets, I asked how much the man told me $1.00, I clarified a $1.00 each he said yes. I told the girl to get a large box, I was going to pick a variety, which I did. When she was putting it in the bag, I asked her if she had a larger bag, as I wanted it to lay flat as I was traveling. The same gentelman got a larger bag and laid it flat for me. The girl told me the price and he said no, he was going to charge by the pound... I was thinking it would be cheaper as I had bought in quantity.... NO, HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME ALMOST DOUBLE. I walked out, I do not do business with dishonest people.

I loved my experience here, Puri with halwa, chana and achar, and sweet lasi ....... What else do you want for a dasi breakfast. Parking is a hastle but I think that's just how it is in NY .... Environment is just OK, but with so much do food around it hardly matters ....

Food is excellent. I come here regularly. Chicken tikka legs and nana with some Kashmiri chai. $5-10 per head. Decent customer service and awful wait times.

Falooda was good. I would have been better if it had more kulfi part in it. Portion size was good for $6. Very courteous and engaging people. I would love to go again.
