Today, had a great experience, while asking for ingredient information, the two employees were super patient with me and worked with me to make sure everything would be okay for my food sensitivity. Coffee has always been excellent! Sometimes it's hit or miss with service. I've had some really rude interactions and other times excellent interactions.
Donuts are good. Coffee is ok. I don’t appreciate seeing them allow their pals to cut waiting customers in line. But really my two star rating is because their bacon is honestly kind of gross every time I’ve had it. It’s bargain bin bacon, if you will. Last time was somehow both very fatty but also dry and stringy all stuck in a clump that taste like shoe leather. Couldn’t take another bite.
The donuts are trash but the cappuccino's fire
Lots of flavors for your coffee. The Fall flavors are delicious. The breakfast sandwiches taste great and feel homemade and less processed. Sometimes it's these smaller places that give the best products. 👌
I got a blueberry iced coffee yesterday that tasted very off… like chemicals. I had a friend try it who also agreed something was wrong with it. I went back to Gourmet today to provide them with some meaningful feedback. I didn’t ask for a free coffee or anything, I just told them what happened and that I felt like the coffee was old or that something was wrong with it. The workers insisted that it tastes perfect and always sells out and that I’m the one who just doesn’t like the taste of blueberry. I always get blueberry from the Townsend Gourmet and it is my favorite… so I know I like blueberry. I thought they would appreciate the feedback and maybe replace the coffee, but instead they criticized me. I will not be back after this belittling experience.
The coffee, baked goods and customer service is perfect! I come here so often they already know my order before I even say it. The ladies are so nice and the order is quickly fulfilled for a great price. Why get snobby service somewhere else that makes your coffee wrong when you can come here and get a great cup of coffee with a smile? Exactly!
The coffee was very cold I believe it looked like the owner was in he's not even a trash barrel in the front of the place to describe of napkins oh napkins they don't believe in those I think those are from the future yeah they're from the future napkins
Great latte and nice selection of donuts etc.
