We had a great lunch at the restaurant on Saturday afternoon. We were delighted with both the food and the service. We had the grilled shrimp platter ($16.50) and the meatloaf with mashed potatoes & broccoli ($14.50). The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were large. We also had iced tea and coffee ($3.30 each). The service was excellent starting with the host when we arrived and from our waiter who was friendly and attentive.

To say I am utterly disgusted and upset is an understatement. I have NEVER SEEN anything like this at a restaurant in my life. I planned a beautiful Father’s Day weekend away for my husband and ordered food to go from Glory Days Grill and noticed a head in the broccoli. My stomach is curling and I had to throw up and call and speak to a manager. I don’t know how this could have even been missed by kitchen staff. You have to do better and I pray no one else has to have this experience

We had a larger party that they put in the smaller party room. So we were kind of crammed in. Server was nice. But he definitely needed help. We waited for about 35-40 minutes to be able to put an order in. Staff was trying their best. Someone should have helped him. The rest of the restaurant was not busy.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. My family and I use to come here to eat all that time but we stopped because the food was not good. I tried again after 2 years and why did I do that. I went tonight and we waited so long for our food. My waiter was not attentive at all. She forgot my chili and she acted like she was not bothered by it at all. She never refilled our drinks. Didn’t stop by to ask if we needed anything. My wings were supposed to have Glory sauce on them but they came out white with nothing in them. I am so sick of bad service when I am paying!!! Glory Days you have to do better.

We were a party of 14. Walked in to a mostly empty restaurant. They sat us quickly. That was where the positives ended. I had to find a manager to get a server after we waited thirty minutes with no drinks or orders taken. After drink orders were taken, it took another twenty minutes to get our drinks. Our appetizers (threw in total) came out at three different times. Two of our party had dairy restrictions and had to have their orders remade twice. It took a total of two plus hours until we were fully served. Meals came out in three distinct and not close to each other waves. My clam chowder tasted like it came out of a can complete with salt bomb. Side note: who puts political propaganda on the TVs at a sports bar? This place.

One of the best places I have visited has the best customer service and above all the food is delicious

Terrible service from our waitress who left us dry with our drinks. I had to ask another waitress for drinks, and she then sent our waitress over. The kitchen put bacon on my burger, which I did not order since I have a food allergy with bacon. The burgers are good, but I did think a manager might have come over when hearing about the food allergy mistake from the waitress. I try not to complain about restaurants as it is a tough industry, but that could have been a mess for me had I eaten it.

Poorly run front and back of house. Judging by the rate of turnover of in this place, they’re having some internal issues. Server last night told me that they were bought out and there’s a new cook every two weeks. It seems like an entirely new FOH staff every time we’ve been. Burger temps are consistently wrong. Found bacon in my vegetarian daughters French fries. This used to be a decent place with decent food. Now it’s just a roll of the dice whether or not you’re gonna get your food cooked properly and a server that cares about their job.
