I come here sometimes and it can be really nice or not so nice, it just depends. This time it was great so maybe it’s getting better. Our server was attentive and very responsive so I have to say, it was great because I actually liked the food this time. I’ll keep going to see if there is any consistency. I had the short rib grill cheese and that was done right. Overall, a great place for drinks and appetizers.

So good. The food was delicious. And the atmosphere is so chill and comfy. You've got to try the cornbread it's so fluffy. I had the Hero burger OMG! It's so good. I also had a side of sweet potatoe fries. The Mac and cheese is so creamy and it tastes like grandma made it. If you're in the area I suggest you stop by and taste what's on the menu.

Highly disappointed. My family and I have been coming to this location since they opened and I have never had any issues with anything until we went this past Monday. Or should I say we TRIED to go. Online information stated they closed at 11pm and we arrived at 9:50pm thinking we had plenty of time to order, eat and leave before they had to close. We went inside and were immediately informed by a manager that, "we close in 3 minutes." When we asked to be seated because they WERE still open and the online platform stated 11pm, the SAME manager said, "Yeah, sure... but we close in three minutes." I asked him if we would be able to order and eat, and he game the same DRY, rude response. As someone who works with customer service daily, I can assure you, this is the last time I will be visiting this location. To turn away paying customers and hour before your SCHEDULED closing time is ridiculous. And the fact that the person with the "management" title had no empathy, sympathy, decency or care about his patrons, is an oxymoron in itself. All he MANAGED to do, was lose customers.

I’ve been coming to this location for the last few years and I really want to give it a 5 star but can’t due to two things that basically just don’t meet the standard of other Glory Days locations I’ve been to over the last 20 years. The good: the food has been good and consistent. No complaints there. The staff is friendly. Now the bad: 1. The service is really hit or miss. On multiple visits I’ve been seated and had to actually go back up to the front to ask for a server. Not ideal, but I get that it can happen. But on multiple visits it seems like a training issue or communication issue between where the hosts are seating guests and the servers realizing they have a new table. Not sure their process but something is just off. 2. This is an odd thing for me personally to note in a review, but the men’s bathroom is just absolutely disgusting. The urinals reek of old urine as if they haven’t been cleaned in days. It was horrific. It was apparent the restroom had not been cleaned for a day or two or more, or at least not properly cleaned. I mean, I’m a guy who’s lived in a fraternity house and with male roommates so I’m not overly judgmental but good lord almighty this was an atrocity and boarder line war crime level. Hopefully they can get that improved. It’s an easy fix. Despite the negatives, I’ll definitely be coming back. It’s one of my favorite spots in Culpeper and my family also really enjoys going.

This place has went downhill in the To Go section. I realize we live in a day where good help is hard to find. But to pay the price of a quality restaurant and receive the service and quality of a fast food drive thru is absurd. Order is incorrect, missing items therefore delayed while they correct it. They supposedly tried to call to inform they were out of broccoli never received a call, never said that when we paid either but decided to inform us when we brought the food back. When Ray was managing this place he'd take your order because help couldn't get it right. Ray was top notch, if your employee fails drastically and could care less to do there job they shouldn't be an employee or representation of your establishment.

UPDATE: Went there recently (September 2023), sat immediately and outside. Wasn't busy and there weren't a lot of staff. Our waitress when we saw her was very attentive. Ordered some appetizers one of which was mozzarella sticks. They weren't on the menu. The waitress confirmed this, and advised that they sell them until they are gone. What? Mozzarella sticks are an item that is essential and doesn't make any sense to get rid of. The rest of our food was good. I ended up finding out that our waitress was the bartender, this i found out when I walked inside. She was at the bar swamped by customers. I just asked her if I could pay right there which she apologized. This wasn't her fault and I suspect this location is going downhill, and fast. Would I go back, maybe. The below is from a time before when they had sufficient staff. We come to Culpepper frequently and haven't been to Glory days in a while. We were seated immediately with a moderate sized crowd. The waitress took our orders, and was very attentive., but not overbearing. The food was delicious and so were the Oreo cookie deserts.

The food was amazing! Waitress was a little slow, and there weren't many people at all in the restaurant at the time we got there, but overall a very good experience. 👌 I highly suggest trying the Philly Cheesesteak, the Glory Burger, and the Macho Nachos.

Phenomenal experience! Our waitress was so good with our son and really kept him entertained the whole time we were there as well as provided us with a complimentary basket of chips to hold him over until our food came. Food was well prepared and had great flavor!
