We waited almost 30 min thinking the food was gonna be good. Not the case. The chicken cutlet was a chicken tender it didn’t even have any sauce on the grinder. The pizza was just ok but lacking the condiments that I ordered on it. I ordered sausage and green peppers and it only had a bite of each here and there . The fried dough tasters like everything they made today fried in the same dirty oil . The chicken quesadillas was just grilled chicken on a wrap with cheese nothing else this place was needs to be shut down . I will never recommend it or even think about going back I spent 50 dollars their worst experience of my life .
Extreme pizza-looked excellent on the menu; sounded amazing. Lots of toppings. Many were NOT on the pizza! Average. Soggy crust; little flavor. Very “underwhelmed.” Wished I had read reviews BEFORE we went here. We ate in. Went to the counter, ordered & paid. Tables were dirty and condiments empty. I asked for some (and brought empty containers for refill). Silverware was dirty. It was clear they wanted a generous tip (and charged at order; NO service). We only had credit cards. It they had us sit at a clean table, served us and THEN presented us with a bill, we ALWAYS tip, for service. Unfortunate…
Ordered a panini for 14$ that had a slice of what looked like thin cut turkey from the deli it was supposed to be a turkey club and instead was more like a pita sandwich with tomato and lettuce and a side of turkey slice. The fries weee obviously fried and then reheated they were extra hard and dark brown… not only not worth the price but just not great overall. My daughter on the other hand had a small cheese pizza she loved. 🤷🏽♀️ won’t order here again though
Glastonbury Pizza House is a must try for anyone who enjoys a good tasting pizzeria with amazing service Not only is the pizza delicious with a crispy crust, but there are so many other amazing things on the menu that you must try. It is made very apparent that the owner and employees care about the restaurant immensely, as every order is spot on and held to exceptional standards. Upon my call for delivery I was met by someone who not only met, but excelled at the standards of customer service. Definitely a must try!!
AWFUL!!!! I ordered BBQ wings for delivery and was sent spicy wings. When I called to see if this could be exchanged for what I ordered I was berated and told these were spicy bbq wings and because I didn’t know there were 2 types of bbq wings it was my fault and they wouldn’t exchange it then hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE UPDATE BASED ON OWNER’S REPLY To be clear you are not trying to rectify anything. You were patronizing on the phone when I called. I said I received the wrong order I ordered BBQ and what I received was extremely spicy (not bbq). You then told me to rub my finger on it to try it and send u a picture (seriously?!?!) then you explained you had 2 BBQ wings 1 was spicey and 1 was not and since I didn’t clarify (because I didn’t know) that I received what I asked for and you then hung up on me. The ONLY rectification was my husband (completely disgusted with how you treated me) drove down, who you then tried to patronize as well. Yes finally you refunded the $15 for the wings, but SHAME ON YOU to think that is customer service and that you rectified this. Any establishment that treats its customers like that is not an establishment I will ever go to again and I strongly advise others to STAY AWAY
WhAt can I say about Glastonbury Pizza House besides that this place is DELISH!!! FRESH INGREDIENTS and GREAT SERVICE!! Owner is very Humbled and quick to please to make sure your experience there is the best! Best pizza around if you haven't tried it you MUST!! You won't be disappointed!!
Pizza was burned (black crust on bottom). Wings were mushy texture. Definitely not worth the price,
Doesn't matter where I'm at or where I'm coming from , this pizza house nails my order nd is super fresh every time !! They Neva fail to hand me my order wit a smile on their face and I can't help but to compliment them !! The chicken and bacon are so tender and crispy ! Nd I'm coming from all ova !
