The deep dish pizza was absolutely amazing! And the staff were very friendly! Would highly recommend this place.

Beat Chicago deep dish pizza I ever had. It was so fun to pull the cheese. It goes on forever and ever. Our server was really sweet. Do get there before you become hungry as they make the pizzas from scratch and it takes like 40 minutes. Worth the wait though. So worth it.

Deep dish pizza was tasty and delicious. I totally forgot how original pizza taste like. And also calamari was perfectly cooked, not salty, came good together with crunchy lemon and banana chili.

Coming from New York I've always believed that we had the best pizza in the states, but my mind has changed. The deep dish that I had was absolutely sensational. All I kept saying to myself was how can I get some of this when I get back home. The service was also great. Highly recommend coming here for a deep dish pizza.

Borderline disaster. We were there with a youth baseball team and had lots of families there in our group. The staff (mostly management) refused to take our orders on separate tickets and use the kid's jersey number to label tickets. It works everywhere we go but they wouldn't do it! My wife and I wanted to order vegan pizza and tried to get our own ticket but the server kept asking if we were with the group. I eventually asked her why that mattered and she said they can't do an individual ticket if we were. We just ordered waters after that and weren't going to buy anything if that's how this was going to work. Another parent in our group offered to take our son back to the hotel with them and could eat the pizzas they were ordering for the kids tables. Everyone was so (needlessly) frustrated. They messed up a bunch of drinks before we decided to take them up on the offer and leave. I don't blame our server so much, it was the manager causing most of the problems, but please learn how to handle a large group more efficiently. My son did say he liked the pizza. My wife and I had a nice dinner at a nearby vegan Mexican restaurant instead.

This is the first time I had a deep dish pizza and I am not impressed. Not saying that all deep dish pizza is unworthy, didn't sample a substantial amount to make any claims. I will definitely try other deep dish pizza from other places. My opinion is about Giordano's deep dish pizza only. The crust at the bottom was hard. Pizza lacked flavor. It needed help, it needed seasoning. I added crushed pepper, salt, and ground pepper, which helped a little, but these cannot elevate your experience. You get a lot of food for your money. We ordered the small pizza, described to serve 2-3 people, and that is accurate. Three people will easily be full with 6 slices from the small pizza, with or without the appetizer. It was written that you need to wait 45 minutes for the deep dish pizza and "it's so worth it". It did take 45 minutes, but it was not worth it for me. My partner liked it a little better than I did.

Fantastic deep dish pizza, great service, nice location. Will definitely come back!

Deep dish pizza was delicious, but we had to have the waitress change out our waters. Not sure if dishwasher wasn't working or if someone dropped cheese into the water as there were white chunks floating in our glasses. Waitress was very nice.
