The colors on the plates jump out…you taste the freshness from the start:). The “Three Amigos” cut roll is a blend of taste that is off the charts, with a nice subtle spicy element to balance it all. Prices are on point, allowing for you to get good value without sacrificing quality. A smaller operation that packs a huge punch of quality is how I would sum up the experience with Ginza Sushi. All the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this becoming your local Sushi place in the area.

This little local spot has become our favorite regular sushi spot. Very nice staff. Rolls always fresh. We always order the Candy Roll. Its riceless, fresh, little crunch, delicious!

I'm no Sushi expert, but this place is great! Get the NY roll if you want something not many Sushi places have. Sign me up!!

We’ve been going here for years. Great food, great location. The oysters my husband ordered looked amazing! I don’t eat oysters but he sure loved them.

We came for lunch. They open at noon. Staff was friendly. We ordered a California roll, a black dragon roll, a new York roll, a 911 roll and a surf and turf roll. All the rolls were good and decent sized. The surf and turf has this sour sauce that compliments the meat well. The main differences between the new York roll and the surf and turf roll was that the new York roll had a crisper bite of meat on the roll. The surf and turf meat was more tender and the sauce on the surf and turf was more sour/citrus. The garlic edamame was amazing!

This place is wonderful. My favorite rolls around. This chef owned a place in Costa Mesa and when I lived there I would frequently eat there, at least once a week. Now I moved to Fullerton and holy smokes, he sold the Costa Mesa location and I'd now right down the street from me again. I feel very lucky! My family and I eat in or do take out from Ginza all the time, we love this place.

My local spot for sushi, I come here at least once a month. I always order the "sour patch kid" roll it is just loaded with fish, I enjoy how the lemon and jalapeno on top work together. You get that zing and the the jalapeno brings it back down and mellows it out with a little heat. Also their garlic edamame is fantastic.

Excellent sushi as I travel lots and stumbled on this place for lunch. Would highly recommend it. The bluefin and yellow tail collar oh so good.
