Amazing food!! Went here for dinner on a Friday night, and it was definitely busy with take out orders! The family making and taking orders were running around doing their absolute best. The side of noodles were SO good. It’s hard to find that type of sauce nowadays. The sushi was great especially for the price too! There are three tables for a total of about 10 customers. We got the heart shaped rolls(our favorite), Alaskan roll, and crunch roll.

The sesame chicken was so tasty I forgot to take before picture. Ask for it spicy and you shall receive. Will go back again!

This is basically just for takeout... but they are awesome at it. Haven't had anything I didn't like. Especially love the flavors in their curry. Their sides of hot chili oil is SUPER hot. Love it.

Exceptional customer service by the sweet gal at the front desk. Lady from doordash tried getting in front of me to pickup an order that clearly wasn’t ready yet and shoved her phone past my face at the girl standing behind the counter- like standing 6 inches away from me- as I was speaking with the girl at the front desk to pick up my order. The gal was so kind and helpful and made sure that I was served appropriately as I was at the front waiting for my order. 10/10 will be back again- recommended to others already too!!

This is a to go place. Three tables for dine in. Sushi was fine, but nothing over the top here. Japanese soda was fun and something new to me.

DOWN RIGHT THE ABSOLUTE BEST SUSHI YOU'LL EVER TRY! I've had sushi from several places, they make the best traditional sushi and know what's best. Love it every time and is my 1 stop shop for all things sushi!! Great competitive price too!

So let me tell you about this little gem of a sushi restaurant. I recently moved to Rosemount and Fuji was my go-to the first couple times. Decided to stop into Fusion one day as it was convenient, and the girl up front talked to me while I waited for my order (Lunch special 3 rolls - Salmon Avocado, Trio Roll, Shrimp Tempura). She was really friendly and offered me an appetizer sample while I waited. I go back the next week, as I usually get sushi as a Friday treat, and she gives me a free Shrimp Tempura appetizer plus a $5 off card. Awesome. I go back again today and get the same lunch special, saving my $5 off, and she still rings it at $5...I’m blown away. I of course thank her over and over and assure her this is hands down my sushi stop. This is how you get a dedicated customer base people. I didn’t even mention the quality of the sushi rolls...the fish portion and fillings are actually what they SHOULD be at most places, but never are. I can’t say it enough how great this restaurant is. They really value you as a customer, and they have excellent quality/taste. Fuji, you’re good but this place hands down beats everything locally.
