Absolutely love this place. Been coming here for years. Would have given 5 stars except for the fact that about every 4th visit, the bathrooms are in shambles (soaking wet from faucets), the food is slow and has some mistakes. Beyond those things, this is a fabulous place, great cheese sauce for fries, great burgers with all kinds of different options - elk, ostrich, buffalo, and more. If you are looking for a great burger place, this is the one to try.
Was excited for 1lb Burger, but kind of disappointed. Was so bland, even though I asked for pepper Jack cheese but still no taste in it. Now I know bigger not always better. Thick cut fries was fresh and tasty. Milkshake was good, verity of icecream.
Decent burgers, friendly staff, but couldn't get the order right to save their life. I watched family after family come back to the counter and either say something was missing, something was cooked wrong, or they have gave them someone else's order. Now granted this was our first time, so maybe they were just having a really off night, that could be the case, but it seemed to me something systemic as their process was a little sporadic. We got our food all at different times so my wife was done before one of our kids got their food. She's four ski that became an issue. I'm sure it's because they sent the chicken tenders to the wrong table. I watched them cooking them, it only took a couple of minutes, so obviously something was off.
02/17/17: 4.0 out of 5 - I haven't been to a Fuddruckers since I moved away from San Diego, California. Therefore, it was a pleasant surprise to come across one. Of course, I went to have lunch at this Fuddruckers. It was great to see this place wasn't so different from the others. Like all other Fuddruckers, it has kept up to the standards. Food and service was still on par and the interior clean with plenty of seating. Definitely try this place once and decide for yourself. I would definitely go back for a decent burger and fries with cheese. Enjoy!
While the building is aging, the flavor and quality of Fuddruckers has not tarnished one bit. It has been close to 10 years since I have had the pleasure of eating at this chain since the 08 recession swept all the locations from my native Ohio, but everything was exactly as I remembered it. The bun was tall and fluffy, the meat was cooked and flavored well, and the topping bar boasted fresh fixins for all. My only real complaints would be the bacon is not to my liking, but that is the chain's style, and the soda is sadly dispensed from the Freestyle machines. I do wish they still had proper Cherry Coke on tap, but those machines continue to rise in popularity so I cannot fault the restaurant for switching to them. All in all, this Fuddruckers does burgers right, and I suspect there will 3 hour burger runs in my future!
I think the food is yummy! Here is my salad. My uncle loves the senior menu. 1/4 burger or chicken, fries (or other options), dessert, and a drink for $10.25. My only criticism would be that they really need to update the bathroom.
We haven't been here for awhile. Very good! Build your burger just how you like it.
Nobody was wearing hair nets, one of the cooks who was handling the buns wasn't wearing gloves, and the toppings tasted like they were left out all day. The ability to customize the burgers was great, and the burgers tasted good apart from the toppings. Great meat selection. Great shakes. Fairly enjoyable experience.
