I came here for a nice dinner with my husband. I was made to feel very uncomfortable by my waitress Kimberly and witnessed her being rude to her coworkers. I understand if someone is in a bad mood but it is not appropriate to take it out on the customers. I was met with some friendly faces while checking out thankfully. Food was decent and came out fast.

Very old feeling place. The waitress was nice. My food was not appetizing at all. I ordered the chicken fried steak, and gravy was horrible. I wouldn't recommend stopping in here.

Jason was a great waiter. The food at the salad bar was all good. Nice fresh lettuce and broccoli. Everything else was good. My only bad remark would be the shift manager talking rudely to another employee at the register. Oh well the food was great and the shift manager may have been under pressure.

We went in for an early dinner & our waitress melody, took our order & brought our food then never came back to our table until she dropped off our bill. She never asked how we were doing or anything. Wouldve been nice to have a refill. I literally had to carry my plate with my sandwich & onion rings to the register in order to get a to go box. Thankfully, Kim, took care of us & got me a box as well as apologizing on melody's behalf. Kim was running around waiting on all of her customers working very hard & she still took care of us.

Just spent $20 on two sandwiches in the drive thru, I get home and all the meat was raw. The onion rings were soaked in oil and old. It was all really bad... I received a call from the store manager who gave me a $20 credit. I went there today, and placed the same order. This time the food was perfect.

Blast from the past! Hadn't been to a Big Boy in many years. Wasn't even sure they were still around. Very glad we found this one. The Super Big Boy is so good. 🤤 My daughter smashed her cheeseburger as well! Great lunch.

My husband and I had lunch at Frisch’s in Tipp City on 3/27/23. Our waitress was Jessica H. She was awesome! Very friendly, attentive, and made us feel like we were her only customers. What an asset she is to your restaurant. We will definitely go back there again. And, the food was great too!

I ordered buffalo tender basket with bleu cheese sauce and fries to go, lunch break at work. Brought my lunch back to the office, only to find that they gave me regular chicken tenders with buffalo sauce on the side. When i called the manager, i was told that they no longer offer the buffalo tenders so they substituted. Had i known, i would have changed my order. You just do NOT substitute orders without notifying people. I was charged for a meal that I did not order. That's not a good way to do business!
